When I first completed my Lifeline application, I accidentally uploaded a Tax Return instead of the Medicaid proof I intended to qualify with. Despite following instructions on the Lifeline website for documentation, I received conflicting letters from Midco regarding my eligibility. They now requested a Medicaid award letter that includes both start and end dates, which differs from the guidance I originally followed. Additionally, Midco blamed the delay in my application on government requirements for more information, leading to confusion and frustration. Moreover, I expressed discontent with Midco's unexpected service price increases, questioning why upgrades were applied without my consent and without my need for the enhanced service. These issues, along with communication gaps within Midco, have left me wondering about the fairness and transparency of their practices.

Hello, my name is Luis and my wife is Aida Luz Torres Ruiz. We have been with your company for over 13 years and have never been late with payments. Unfortunately, we have always had issues with your internet service being very unstable. The customer service in Spanish is very slow; it takes over 2 days for them to respond. I know it's not their fault, but it has been an ongoing problem. Even though the company has grown to 3 people handling Spanish support, they are still slow in providing solutions. Many Latino customers, including me, feel frustrated with the lack of timely help in Spanish. We all deserve equal service, so please send a technician as soon as possible. There are many Midcontinent trucks passing by every morning. Our address is #[redacted] 7th St SE, Huron, SD [redacted]. Please resolve this issue quickly. Thank you.
