I purchased a new Lincoln MKX from Riverside Ford and have consistently serviced it at the dealership, following the recommended maintenance schedule. Despite rotating the tires regularly, I was surprised to be informed during a recent visit for an oil change and rotation at 38,[redacted] miles that the tires needed replacement. The dealership confirmed that the tires that came with the vehicle were expected to last 65,[redacted] miles but were now rated at a tread depth of 3 out of 10. The current tires are Michelin [redacted] 60 R18 with a speed rating of 105V. I am hesitant to replace them with the same brand due to their shorter lifespan. I inquired about alternative tire options but was advised by the dealership to stick with Michelin. I am seeking clarification on why the tires wore out prematurely and if there is any possibility of compensation for having to replace them earlier than anticipated. Any advice or assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Cassie L. (Contact information redacted)

I purchased a set of four tires for my wife's Mazda 3 hatchback on June 11, [redacted], from Tire Rack. After only 6,[redacted] miles, the front tires are worn down to the wear bar, while the rear tires are wearing significantly as well. Despite the tires being Michelin Premier A/S, which I've had success with on my other vehicles, I am dissatisfied with their quick wear on this car. Tire Rack insists I buy new tires and ship the old ones back for inspection and rebate, costing me $[redacted] in total expenses. My wife, who is 71 years old, only uses the car for local errands and shopping. I am hoping to resolve this warranty issue without bearing the $[redacted] cost and would like to avoid reinstalling the same tires on the front if they wear out so quickly. I await your response on how we can address this matter.

I am looking to replace my [redacted]/50/R17 Premacy tires for my Porsche Boxster's front wheels. These tires were bought in [redacted], fitted, and balanced. They have only traveled less than 6000km. The car is always stored in a garage in Australia and well-maintained. Recently, while checking the tire pressure, I noticed tread cracks on both tires resembling tread separation. I reached out to the local representative and was informed it was due to old age. I have older and less expensive tires on other vehicles without this issue. As Michelin tires on a high-speed sports car, I expected better quality. However, I was informed I need to replace them at my own expense, which I believe is unreasonable. I believe these tires have manufacturing defects and should be replaced under warranty.

I have been waiting on hold with your customer service department for over an hour. I have a [redacted] Buick Envision with Michelin Premier LTX tires size [redacted]/60/18. During my last service appointment two weeks ago, I discovered my tires were at 3/32nds. With only 25,[redacted] miles on the vehicle, I am concerned about replacing them so soon. After researching, I came across a bulletin addressing the excessive wear on these tires due to curing issues. As a loyal Michelin customer, I believe I deserve a discounted replacement or compensation. I purchased the vehicle from Jennings Chevrolet in Chambersburg, PA. For verification, please contact Todd Potter, the service manager at Jennings Buick/Chevrolet, at [redacted].

Hello, my name is Joby. I reside in Newport, South Wales. In May [redacted], I purchased and had 2 tyres installed by 57 Tyres Newport. Recently, on 12/6/[redacted], my car underwent an MOT and it was noted that the tyres are all cracked and may need changing. I am disappointed with this outcome, as within 13 months, the tyres have only covered [redacted] miles, which I believe indicates poor quality. I am concerned as I frequently travel with my family of four children and urgently require assistance in resolving this issue. I can provide you with all the necessary proof, including the invoice and MOT results. Thank you for your attention.

My Michelin LTX A/S BW front tires are showing signs of wear. I bought a [redacted] Toyota Tundra four months ago from a Toyota dealer with a certified warranty. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle before sale, and I did not notice any issues with the tires at that time. Considering it's a certified vehicle, I find it unlikely that they would sell it with tires in this state. I primarily drive on paved roads and not under extreme conditions. Are these tires subject to any recalls? What options do I have in this situation? Thank you, David [redacted]
