Miami Heat Customer Service Issues

On October 4, [redacted], I attended the Knicks vs. Heat game in Miami. Around 8:15 p.m., I stood up to let others pass to their seats but then couldn't sit back down as the person who arrived took my chair. I sought help from an arena staff member who directed me to a booth. Following their instructions with my husband, we waited in line and were given a relocation ticket number [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I missed a significant part of the game, lost contact with my son, sat in a different corner, and felt disconnected from the other fans. Despite reaching out to the Miami Heat multiple times with no response, the entire experience was unpleasant. I later tried to catch up on the game on TV but ended up falling asleep.

Tonight, a family of four planned to attend their first Heat game. Unfortunately, while walking to the game, the grandmother slipped and fell, feeling very sore and dizzy. They decided to skip the game and drive back home. The grandmother feels terrible as she thinks she may have spoiled the evening, which might have been a gift. I am wondering if there is anyone I could contact to see if they could arrange tickets for them to attend another game.
