I am seeking information about the shipping date and tracking number for my order with reference number R[redacted]82. It is a Christmas gift worth $[redacted].88 that was sent via FedEx two-day shipping. This gift is crucial for Christmas, and I am anxious to receive updates on its status. I am concerned about the delivery being made to my office as we may be closed for the holidays. If possible, I would like to reroute the delivery to my home address. The order was made on 12/13, and typically, there is ample time to receive an order from MeUndies. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in ensuring a happy Christmas for my loved one.

I requested over 6 weeks ago to cancel my membership. I keep receiving products I didn't choose. Please cancel my membership and stop charging my Visa debit. I prefer to buy what I want when I want. I received underwear that I don't like. I suggest offering more adult-oriented choices like jailhouse stripes, geometric prints, and bold solid colors. I would purchase items in metallic silver or gold, hot pink, lime green, bright purple, bright blue, and sun yellow. Please remove me from the membership. Thank you. I placed an order with your company after seeing your ad on Facebook. While I received a welcome email, I never got a confirmation email for my purchase. My USPS app shows a package on the way from your company, but I haven't received it yet. I'm disappointed that a significant amount of money was charged to my account without proper communication or receipt of my order.

Hello, I recently canceled a subscription order with MeUndies, but unfortunately, I noticed a new charge for a set of underwear that will be delivered this weekend. The email associated with the order has been disconnected, making it difficult for me to cancel the subscription. I believe the email I used for the subscription is [redacted], and the charge was made on May 2nd, [redacted], on card ending in #[redacted]. I am seeking assistance to cancel the subscription moving forward. I plan to return the items in the upcoming order for a refund. Thank you for your help in this matter.
