On December 9, [redacted], our landline phone suddenly stopped working. Metronet sent a technician to our home to investigate. The technician confirmed that the issue was outside our home and not with our phone or setup. However, as our lines are owned by AT&T, he couldn't fix it without a repair ticket from AT&T authorizing Metronet to make repairs. On January 17, [redacted], another technician came with the same explanation and left without resolving the issue. Despite contacting customer service and tech support numerous times between December 9, [redacted], and January 17, [redacted], there has been no progress. We are eager to have our phone line restored, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
