I am seeking information on the resumption of train services from Johannesburg to Boksburg. Since December, the trains have not been operational, and I have been unable to contact Prasa to obtain an update on the situation. The phone numbers I have tried either go unanswered or disconnect after one ring. This lack of communication has put a strain on our company financially as we cannot afford the increased costs of taxi fares for our employees. This situation may lead us to consider reducing work hours for our staff due to the transportation problem.
