Hello, After talking to Houzz Sales support regarding a problem, I was promised an email with further details to resolve the issue, but it never arrived. Instead, I received a survey asking for feedback on an issue that remains unresolved. Despite numerous submissions, I continue to receive requests to resubmit the problem using the business-associated account or feedback requests on the unresolved issue. Even when I submit with the business email, I do not receive any response. I am unsure who to contact for a proper resolution to my issue. I need help with my Merchant Circle needs but have not received responses from the forms and support emails I have used. Thank you

Our Journey with Google Merchant Support Our ongoing struggle with Google Merchant over the past six months has been challenging. While utilizing Google Merchant to advertise products is advantageous, we have encountered various issues during this period. Customer Support Challenges Effective customer support is essential for any company, but Google Merchant's support has proven to be unhelpful and at times deceptive. Contacting a live representative was difficult, often receiving repetitive automated responses. This made it hard to understand the specific policy violations. When we did speak to a representative, they were unhelpful and failed to follow up as promised. Moreover, they were unable or unwilling to provide information on our alleged violations, making issue resolution more challenging. Google's Reliance on Bots Google heavily relies on automated bots for various tasks, resulting in potential errors. These bots can incorrectly flag compliant websites, products, or businesses. Once flagged, resolving issues with customer support becomes nearly impossible due to the lack of access to bot data. In conclusion, the unresolved issues with Google Merchant have prompted us to raise awareness about these challenges.
