I placed an order for a case of 12 Adorn Hairsprays, 7.5 oz each, on April 23, [redacted], with Order #[redacted], totaling $73.32 (including $59.99 for the product and $13.33 for shipping). The estimated delivery date was Thursday, April 27, [redacted], but as of today, May 6th, I haven't received the order or any shipping confirmation. I've tried reaching out by phone but haven't been able to speak to a person. I need to know the status of my order promptly so I can decide whether to cancel and purchase from another provider. I am in search of Act Dry Mouth anticavity fluoride toothpaste, which was recommended by Chattem/Sanofi. I struggle with burning mouth and tongue syndrome, causing severe oral nerve pain. This product has been the only one that provides relief. Biotene and similar products are too minty and worsen the burning sensation. Chattem no longer offers this toothpaste in the US, but it is still sold in European and other markets. I would appreciate any guidance on how to acquire this toothpaste. Thank you in advance. - P.P.
