I recently bought a 3oz. size of pure ground black pepper. I enjoy the product but am not a fan of the new packaging. It is challenging to use as I struggle to pour it into my pepper shaker without spilling half of it outside. While shaking pepper onto a pork loin roast, the entire top came off, covering my roast in black pepper. Why do companies change things when the previous packaging worked well for customers? This new packaging has caused me to waste at least half of my black pepper. Frustrating!

I have been a long-time fan of the Perfect Pinch Garlic and Herb Salt-Free Seasonings. After searching in multiple grocery stores and not finding it, I turned to Amazon where I found a 20 oz. jar. Excitedly, I purchased it, but upon opening it, I noticed a strong cumin smell and taste, which was not mentioned on the label like my previous smaller bottle. I am disappointed as I cannot use it and it's too late to return it. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement without cumin. Thank you, Halian Hail.
