Hello, I hope you can assist me. My neighbor in our apartment building kindly gifted me a dark grey-black zip cardigan with a detachable faux fur collar two nights ago. Unfortunately, the sweater is too tight around my stomach, which upset her as she and her husband lost their jobs due to COVID and are struggling financially. She won't take the sweater back and refuses to disclose where she purchased it. I am unable to retrieve the sweater myself due to a leg injury and will need help tonight to find it for style details. I recently purchased a suitcase from Max Studio and used it on one trip. Unfortunately, the bag has already cracked along the back after minimal use. I handle my bag with care and always carry it on flights. I paid $90 for this bag, and it should not be cracking after just one use. I attempted to use it for another trip, and the cracking is getting worse to the point where it's becoming unusable. I expected more durability from this bag considering the price. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this issue. I am willing to provide a picture if necessary.

I bought a hard shell luggage set in April [redacted] and used it for just one trip. Unfortunately, the inner liner with zipper is torn on both pieces of luggage. Additionally, the TSA lock became jammed and I had to break it to access my belongings. I believe that a brand new luggage set should not have these issues after just one use. I decided to invest in the Max Studio brand, expecting that it would last for more than one trip.
