I purchased a magazine in May 29, [redacted] for a friend who is incarcerated. They charged my account twice, but he hasn't received any issues yet. I've reached out to customer service multiple times. In September, I was told they were sorry my friend didn't get the Sept/Oct [redacted] issue and that they would extend his subscription for those months. However, when I check my order status, it now says the magazine will be shipped in Sept/Oct [redacted]. I don't understand why I would order a magazine and not have it delivered for another year. It has been 7 months since I ordered and paid for the magazine, and still, no issues have been delivered. I kindly request this issue be resolved promptly by sending his magazine right away. If that is not possible, please refund my money. Thank you.

I am a long-time subscriber to Maxim magazine and have not received any magazines since October [redacted], missing both the November/December [redacted] and January/February [redacted] issues. Despite contacting customer service in November and sending emails through the website, I have not received any response or magazines. It is disappointing to see the magazine available in stores and digitally while I do not receive my subscription. I hope Maxim magazine can improve their subscription services and ensure loyal subscribers like me receive the magazines they have paid for. I look forward to receiving the missing issues and any assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.

I want to report an unpleasant experience I had with special director Gillis Bensimon during a recent FaceTime interview for a potential contract deal with Maxim magazine. During the interview, he made inappropriate requests for explicit videos which made me uneasy. Despite my discomfort, I complied hoping to secure a contract as promised. However, he never responded after receiving the videos, leaving me disappointed and taken advantage of. I have documented proof of our communication and his harassment. I recently purchased a digital subscription to Maxim on the web. After receiving an email confirmation from SimpleCirc stating that my order had been processed, I encountered difficulties accessing the magazines or receiving any information regarding their availability. Although the email prompt to "View In Your Account" led me to a page displaying my subscription and account number, attempts to access Maxim only revealed the message "There are no digital issues currently available." This lack of guidance on accessing the digital magazines and uncertainty regarding their release date is quite frustrating. I am particularly interested in accessing my subscription on my iPad, but the process has been challenging. Despite reaching out to customer service via email last Thursday, I have yet to receive a response or any form of assistance. I have thoroughly checked my junk mail and spam folders for any overlooked communications.
