I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my Apple ID as the password has been changed. The information on my account is vital for my business, and I am concerned about potential monitoring of my phone. Despite changing phones and numbers multiple times, I continue to experience suspicious activities such as dropped calls, poor reception, and overheating devices. I suspect the presence of various tracking apps on my devices. I have taken precautions such as avoiding my home WiFi, changing passwords, and securing other accounts. The situation has been distressing, and I am eager to resolve it promptly.

Order ID [redacted][redacted]: Incorrect Refund Issued for Returned Item
I have been dealing with this issue since November 9, [redacted], regarding an item ordered through a link with Amazon Prime. The whole process has taken over 20 days, involving over 50 texts and emails with Cushion Lab, Stack Social, Joyus, and finally Mashable. Both Cushion Lab and Amazon have reached out on my behalf, but the refund amount provided is incorrect. Stack Social claimed it's an error on Mashable's part, while Joyus mentioned my account did not register a response. The Stack Social order is marked as complete and closed, but the refund process is still unresolved.

I was expecting my order No. [redacted]8 to arrive by Feb7th, but according to the FEDEX tracking number [redacted]29, they have not even received the package. I am eager to receive my order soon or receive a refund so I can look for alternatives. I prefer shopping where I can reach a Customer Service representative if needed. I have left two voice messages and this marks my second email. I have not received any responses yet!

I'm looking for the March 14, [redacted] article "Meet the Man Whose Voice Became Stephen Hawking's" on Mashable by Rachel Kraus, last edited in [redacted]. The hyperlink in the first sentence connecting to Stephen Hawking's name is leading to a Mashable article that no longer exists. Additionally, at the end of this article, it mentions Hawking's last lecture in Japan titled "The Beginning of Time," which is hyperlinked but also inaccessible. I kindly ask Mashable to rectify this by updating the links or removing the hyperlinks altogether. Thank you.
