I am disappointed with two items I purchased from Macy’s in the farmhouse collection. The three-tier bread rack and canister set have a great design but lack functionality. The bread rack's rod is too short and the holes are unevenly drilled, making it unusable. The canisters don't seal properly, leaving a gap. Despite their attractive appearance, I regret not returning them as they are essentially useless. I believe Macy’s should test their products more thoroughly before putting them up for sale to avoid customer disappointment like mine.

I recently bought Martha Stewart's "Glow in the Dark" paint. After painting different surfaces, the paint didn't glow in the dark as promised. I returned two unopened bottles for a refund but the four used bottles were unsuccessful. I explained the situation to the clerk and store manager, Paula, who seemed unsure how to handle it. Despite trying to charge the painted items in the sun to activate the glow without success, Paula rudely dismissed me when I sought assistance. This unprofessional behavior and poor customer service prompted this complaint. Spending $62.27 on a product that failed to meet expectations is disappointing, and the manager's dismissive attitude only worsened the experience. Paula's reluctance to address the issue properly and her rude behavior towards customers is unacceptable. Although usually reluctant to complain, the poor product quality and inadequate customer service prompted this feedback. The in-store experience was unpleasant, and the product did not meet expectations associated with Martha Stewart's reputation.

I purchased 10 sets of Martha Stewart Glacier Sheer Curtains in Ivory, 50”x95, from Macy's. However, I am extremely disappointed because all the seams are pulled, making the curtains look very unattractive. I had put up 10 panels, but now I have to take all 20 down due to the same issue with each of them. I can provide a picture to show you the defective sewing on every panel if necessary. I chose Martha Stewart products and paid extra because I expected better quality as advertised. I hope you can assist with resolving this issue. Thank you, Maryann G. from Howard Beach, NY.

I came across an ad on Martha-Stewart.com for the “Orren Ellis Griner Modern Coffee Table” listed for $[redacted].00, marked down from $[redacted].99. The ad mentioned "at Wayfair." However, when I checked Wayfair's website, the table was listed for $[redacted].99. Since there was no option to buy on Martha-Stewart.com, I contacted Wayfair. They were unaware of the ad and said they wouldn't honor the $[redacted].00 price. I am confused by this discrepancy and would like clarification: 1. Is the ad legitimate? 2. How can the item be purchased at the advertised price? 3. Why is the ad on Martha Stewart's site if it's not available for that price? 4. What is the connection between Martha Stewart and Wayfair regarding this ad? I am disappointed by the misleading advertisement, and any insight you can provide would be helpful. Thank you.
