Help needed! I experienced a distressing incident on May 13, [redacted], at 2:30pm, in Fort Wayne, In, [redacted] Stellhorn Rd. I was in a red cavalier at the end. The cashiers inside were refusing my credit card at the pump for 20 minutes, ignoring my attendant button requests, and the screen repeatedly displayed "we don't accept credit cards!" despite assisting other customers. It was cold outside, my car ran out of gas, and I felt they disregarded my situation. There were unsettling events with a riot-like situation unfolding at the business, blocking the entrance with trucks, cars honking, driving erratically, and making racist remarks. This has happened before. I've never encountered such treatment. I am urging for responsible actions regarding the staff involved in this unacceptable behavior. -Nadine D.

This morning, I received inappropriate treatment at the gas station. Despite explaining my urgent need to use the restroom after driving 12 miles from Kendall around 8:07 am, I was rudely informed that the bathroom was out of order. I was then instructed to relieve myself behind a car on the premises. When I requested access again, another staff member tersely directed me to a nearby location. After trying to speak with the manager around 3:10 pm, I was met with little courtesy or assistance and told the manager's hours were until 1 pm. I was left feeling upset and hung up on. With so many employees at the gas station, it's puzzling why there was no accessible restroom, making me wonder where the employees go. This incident took place at the gas station located at [redacted] NW 7th St, Miami, Florida.

In Michigan, the requirement to wear masks is not being enforced in some C-Stores in southwestern Michigan. Employees are not allowed to ask customers to wear masks, leading to uncomfortable situations between mask wearers and non-mask wearers. This lack of enforcement is concerning for the safety of employees, as they are instructed to work with masks even if asymptomatic. With positive cases identified in one store and others being tested, this policy puts employees and their families at risk amidst the increasing number of cases.

I visited Marathon gas station in Oakdale, PA at Station #[redacted] around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 20th to fill my tire on a bitterly cold day. After paying with my card at the air pump, I discovered a significant tear in the machine's line. My husband and I didn't initially notice the tear, but as our tire began to deflate instead of inflate, we became aware of the issue. Concerned for our son in the car, we promptly stopped and approached the gas station clerk for a refund as we had little money on us and had our child with us. Despite explaining our situation, the clerk informed us to contact the number on the machine for any concerns. Although he didn't offer a refund, he did provide us with duct tape. We patched up the line ourselves, but it cost us another $1.50 to try and inflate our tire, which had gone flat due to the faulty air pump. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a refund for the second transaction. During this frustrating experience, I sustained cuts on my hand while my husband struggled to fill the tire, hoping to avoid being stranded. I wish the clerk had displayed more compassion for our predicament, and I also regret not receiving a refund for the $3 we spent at the gas station only to end up with a flat tire and an injured hand.

Hello, my name is Mark Mitchell. I regularly visit the Marathon gas station located at [redacted] Crestwood Blvd, Birmingham, AL [redacted] for everyday items like tobacco products, drinks, and gas for my two vehicles. This morning, I faced an issue where after prepaying for gasoline, the pumps did not engage when I tried to fill my gas tank. I had to go inside because the attendant buttons were not working on any pump. The clerk informed me that I had forfeited my prepayment by hanging up the pump and I would need to pay again. Despite being a frequent customer who spends $[redacted]-$[redacted] monthly at the station, I was dissatisfied with the service. I have decided to take my business to a different gas station due to this poor experience. I hope Marathon addresses these equipment issues and improves customer service to retain loyal customers like myself.

I recently visited a Marathon Fast Fuel gas station at 11:26 p.m. There were about five or six customers inside and many more waiting outside. The sign on the door said they were closing at 12:00, but the doors were already locked. Despite my car being out of gas and being unable to reach another station, the employee refused to help. The situation was frustrating since the store should have been open, but the employee's rude behavior made it even worse.

I stopped at the marathon in Cullman, AL, at the intersection of Good Hope Rd and Hwy 31. The diesel price was $3.27 per gallon, and I bought $25 worth. After driving 7 1/2 miles to the grocery store, my truck, which usually starts right up, wouldn't start. It would grind but not start. After a tow to my mechanic for $[redacted], I'll have to wait until Monday for a diagnosis. I am without my reliable truck for Sunday and definitely need it for work on Monday. For any assistance, please contact me at [redacted]. - Greg Watts, [redacted] County Rd 35, Bremen, AL [redacted].
