I'm experiencing internet radio problems with my Marantz SR7009 receiver. Once I select a channel in favorites, it gets stuck and requires unplugging to change. When I switch to another source like DVD or Cable and return to internet radio, it remains stuck on the last channel. I have to unplug each time to connect to a different channel. Thank you.

I purchased a PMD-526C in December [redacted] from Amazon with Serial No. (21)B[redacted][redacted]. The system version is 2.16, and the Flash version is 3.33. According to the user manual, to select an audio file using a USB drive, you should press the Folder button to open the first folder, then press it again to access another folder. However, this does not work for me. The USB drive contains fewer than [redacted] files, and although the PMD-526C recognizes the total number of files in all folders, it cannot access a specific folder. I am looking for a solution to access any folder on the USB drive.

Experiencing audio output issues with the Marantz AV-[redacted] and LG smart TV:
To clarify the setup, the LG TV with optical audio output for headphones connects to the AV-[redacted] via HDMI ARC, where the Sat/TV HDMI is connected for video. When the AV-[redacted] is off, sound plays through the headphones and the TV simultaneously. However, when the AV-[redacted] is on, audio only goes to the pre-amp outputs, and the TV doesn't receive any sound for the headphones. The goal is to ensure audio is sent to both the pre-amp outputs and the HDMI TV connection simultaneously, enabling the headphones to function.

The optical audio output from my LG TV is being used to drive headphones for someone with impaired hearing. With the [redacted]'s HDMI pass-through enabled and set to the Sat/TV HDMI port, the TV is connected to the [redacted]'s HDMI ARC port. When the [redacted] is off and the Sat/TV is on, sound is heard through both the TV and the headphones. A Blu-Ray player is also connected to the [redacted]'s HDMI Blu-Ray port. However, when the [redacted] is turned on with either the Sat/TV or Blu-Ray selected, audio goes to the pre-amp outputs but not to the TV, causing issues for the person using the headphones. How can we ensure that audio is sent both to the pre-amp outputs and the HDMI TV connection to allow the headphones to function properly?

Hello,
I've been experiencing an issue with the CD tray on my SA-14S1 system. I sent it for repairs under warranty to Electronic Lab Factory in Pompano Beach, FL. It has been there for over a month, and they keep informing me that the required part is on back order with no clear timeframe for its availability. It is frustrating that a $2,[redacted].00 unit malfunctions after only a few months of light usage. I hope this delay is not caused by a Marantz fault, and I would appreciate assistance in ensuring that Electronic Lab Factory fulfills its obligations as an authorized Marantz Service Center.
Regards,
Vladimir Y.

I own a [redacted] AVR. The Ethernet/Network connection is no longer working. I've used it with Roon for 2 years without issues, but this week the Marantz doesn't detect any network connection. I've attempted to set up a new connection, but it can't find the network and just keeps searching. Even after a complete reset to the original settings, the network remains undetectable. I've tested different ethernet cables and tried using WIFI, but still no connection. It seems like the network circuitry is malfunctioning. I'm hoping there's another solution as the unit is relatively new, and I'm reluctant to buy a replacement. Thank you, B. Rockwood.

My Marantz 7702MKII Pre-Amp is experiencing multiple issues. It cannot access the settings screen, the power light is not functioning, it continues to generate heat even while turned off but connected to power, and when I connect the Roku signal through it to the TV, I receive an HDCP Unauthorized Content Disabled message. I have verified that the HDMI cable and the Roku/TV are working properly by bypassing the pre-amp in the signal path and everything functions normally. I am seeking a Marantz-approved service center to address these problems. I am located in Colorado Springs, CO. Thank you, S. Oakley.

Marantz Support: Seeking Help with TV Sound through Surround System
I am trying to have sound from my Samsung EQ75Q80A TV set go through my Marantz [redacted] surround system.
With Option 1:
I connected the Marantz [redacted] to the TV through the "monitor" HDMI port to the eARC HDMI 3 on the TV, using a High-Speed HDMI cable with ethernet. However, while the TV can be used as a monitor for the Marantz system, I cannot get sound from the Marantz system. The TV settings only offer TV speaker, Optical, and Bluetooth Speaker List as sound output options, and I expected a surround system option.
With Option 2:
I connected the Marantz [redacted] to the Samsung TV EQ75Q80A with an optical cable, but again, I am not getting sound from the surround system.
I believe there may be a setting in the Marantz system that needs adjustment, but I am unsure which one. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
