I didn't receive the little felted owl with my "Everything Fairy Super-Saver" order #20W[redacted]. I really want to get it because the child who will receive this gift will definitely notice its absence! This is my second time reaching out about this. I even called and was advised to buy it separately. However, your website clearly states that it should have been included in this order according to the description. I would appreciate a response to resolve this issue. Thank you. - Jessica
