I am Gerald Blair. I recently signed up for MCI services, and my call got disconnected by an individual claiming to be an FBI agent. The employees at MCI seemed disgruntled and turned off my cellphone amid issues related to an alleged FBI agent sexual harassment case. While trying to schedule an appointment for the installation of a landline at my address, my phone was cut off by the same individuals. It was disheartening to hear them mentioning turning off my phone. I am eager to know the appointment date for the phone line installation at [redacted] Braille, Detroit, Michigan [redacted]. Please contact me through text at [redacted] as my cellphone service has been disrupted. Kindly reach out to me, Gerald Blair, with the installation date information.

I have been experiencing continued issues with my home phone landline for over a year. There has been no dial tone, poor connections for three years, and now a constant busy signal, rendering the alarm system unusable. Despite multiple technician visits, the problem remains unresolved. The last technician suggested finding the phone post in a neighbor's yard to fix the issue, but never returned to complete the job. This ongoing problem has resulted in paying for a service that does not work for over three years. It may be time to consider switching to a wireless alarm system and canceling the landline service to resolve the situation. - Glenn Cannon

After moving to a new apartment in the same complex, I contacted MCI to transfer our phone service. Despite emphasizing my disability and the urgent need for the landline, MCI initially stated it would take 14 days but then unexpectedly canceled the order without informing me on 12/1/[redacted]. Fast forward to 2/18/[redacted], and I am still unable to use the phone line. Throughout this frustrating process, MCI has continuously provided false assurances on fixing the phone line. Even though technicians acknowledged the issue and claimed it was an easy fix, the problem remains unresolved. Despite multiple promises of a swift resolution, the lack of follow-up and ineffective support has caused immense inconvenience. A kind church member has been assisting in communication with MCI as we are without a working phone and limited mobility. All I wish for is a functional phone line without the hassle of changing services.

The HR department contacted me regarding a remote job opportunity. They requested a 20-30 minute interview via email. The email states that interviews at specific Metro area offices will be conducted onsite, with a list of offices and available interview times. However, there are no options provided for those who do not reside near any of their offices or virtual interview times. I am unsure how to proceed with scheduling the interview.
