I arrived at my appointment at 1:30 or at the latest 1:45, but no one showed up, and there was no communication. I contacted WellCare transportation, but they couldn't reach you either. I have been waiting for this doctor's appointment for months, and now I don't know how long it will take to reschedule. Can you please assist in resolving this issue?
