I am having trouble accessing my page or account "john-richardson-meadows.angelfire.com" as I keep receiving a "wrong password" message. I have always used the same password saved on my computer, which has never caused any issues before. Whenever I try the "forgot password" email options, it just leads me back to the "sign-in" and "wrong password" page, and subsequent emails from you end up in the same cycle. When I attempt to get a ticket, I receive a message stating that there have been too many unsuccessful login attempts or that there may be a security breach. This happened about two weeks ago and briefly connected me, but now I am unable to log in again. I do not recall creating the username "magic/jrm." Could you please provide me with a working password?

Issue: I am experiencing a problem with the Lycos control panel for www.sjamalta.org, indicating 'www.sjamalta.org is awaiting registration'. Despite having a valid credit card and auto-renewal set up, I am unable to manually renew the domain through the Lycos Domain payment gateway, receiving the message: "Domain 'sjamalta.org' is UNAVAILABLE!" My Lycos Domain Account number is Lycos Domain Names Account No: [redacted]78. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago but have yet to receive a response. The ticket is assigned to the agent Kishor.nand. I am concerned about this issue as www.sjamalta.org is utilized by St John Ambulance Malta, a voluntary organization providing first aid and ambulance services at community events in Malta. I've been using Lycos.com for many years with the login name [redacted] Back when I played World of Warcraft, I used this email address for the game. After taking a break from WoW for about a year, I tried to log back in, but Lycos.com had become a paid service, and I couldn't access my account to verify my WoW account. I tried to sign up for a year at $19.95, using a Visa Gift card with a balance of $45, more than sufficient for the subscription. However, when I entered my card information on Lycos, it prompted me to check if the card was valid. I called their toll-free number for assistance but couldn't understand why my card was being questioned for a 1-year subscription. I really need access to my WoW account through my Lycos email. I am experiencing difficulties getting my website, www.georgesarkisian.com, back online. It seems the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) influenced my website host, tripod/lycos, to take it down due to my criticisms. I have been unable to reach tripod/lycos for an explanation despite their reassurance of a response within 24-48 hours. I strongly believe the Great Lakes Region management is behind this. Contact details for FAA officials involved are provided. The NextGen air traffic system by the FAA is also causing noise pollution issues for many homeowners across the country. I am trying to reach a human at Lycos/Angelfire regarding my website issues. For 15+ years, Angelfire has been hosting my site without major problems. Recently, my website and worksite disappeared, and I was asked to pay for services I'm not using. I discovered an unauthorized increase in my monthly fee. Despite attempts, I can't reach Lycos/Angelfire for clarification. I am changing my website format on my terms. If there's a valid reason for the fee increase, I'm open to discussion. I have experienced extremely poor customer service from Lycos Mail across multiple paid accounts for years. They often ignore our concerns, fail to respond, or provide inaccurate information when they do reply. They repeatedly deny that the issues we report exist, even when we provide evidence. Requesting higher-level support has been futile as they refuse to escalate the matter. They dismiss server errors and claim that their own messages are our fault. The spam problems we encounter, including threats, are not addressed despite us proving they stem from the same source. Recently, we received a suspicious email purportedly from Lycos but originating elsewhere. The list of grievances is extensive, and it's challenging to express how shockingly bad their support has been. We urgently need high-level support to reach out to us.

I did not link a cell phone number to my account and no longer have access after getting a new computer post a hard drive crash. I have forgotten the password for this and other accounts. I created a Lycos email connected to one of these accounts. Reset password attempts are sent to a different email provider. I have not received assistance from them yet. Can you help me out? The other account is linked to the Lycos account for password recovery, which may not have been the best choice, but that's the situation.

I need assistance with my Lycos Email. I recently renewed my account on January 29, [redacted], for a 3-year term. However, I am unable to find the "Confirm Button" mentioned in the notification. Despite renewing, I am still unable to access my email due to a persistent banner message about free email, which is blocking my login attempts. In addition, I am locked out of the Support Portal and cannot retrieve my forgotten email/password to access my ticket. Please review my account promptly and grant me access to my email. I received a notification that my email account, SUNDAY4ME@LYCOSCOM, is closed. I have renewed and updated my billing, but I am still unable to access my account.
