I've been wearing a pair of "work boots" for six weeks, and the external skin started peeling similar to sunburned skin. The sole began separating from the shoe, with no contact back to the heel. I took them to Meijer to discuss this issue, but customer service said they couldn't assist me since I wore the boots. I returned later to speak with the store manager. An acting store manager told me if I had the box and receipt, he would try to help. My previous Catapiller work boots from Meijer lasted 3 1/2 years of daily wear, faring better than these Lugz boots. I didn't keep the box with the receipt, so I couldn't provide them. I wanted to return the boots for store credit or a refund as they fell apart in less than two months. I've considered reaching out to customer service but wanted to share my experience here first. Hello! I am inquiring about the restocking of the Women's Empire Hi Bootie in Black/Cream color, specifically in size 7.5. My past experiences with this shoe have been disappointing - the first pair I received had mismatched fur levels, and the second pair broke within a month. After attempting to exchange them at DSW, I was informed they are no longer in stock. I have searched everywhere for them in my size to no avail. Despite the poor quality, I am still very interested in purchasing them again. Could you please advise if there are plans to restock this style in Black/Cream and expand the size range? Thank you.

I have reached out to two contacts at your company regarding a pair of boots I bought. I was told to select a pair for my husband, and Lugz would cover [redacted]% of the cost and shipping. However, during checkout, the system did not accept the 17-digit code provided and asked for my credit card information instead. I had to buy another pair for my husband due to work regulations. I hope this new pair does not have the same issues as the first. I have followed all instructions but haven't received a refund. I would prefer a refund by mail and wish to speak with someone about this matter.

I would like to return the boots I ordered as the color was much darker than the picture displayed. The boots were never even taken out of the box. I have my invoice and all I need is a shipping label to send them back for a refund, but I haven't received any response so far. I don't have a return address, only my invoice at hand. I'm not sure which details you require from me, but I urgently need a shipping label for the return due to a time-sensitive deadline. I hope you can assist me with this matter as I have been struggling to reach Lutz without any luck.
