I noticed unauthorized charges of $16.99 and $3.99 on my account. I request a refund as I did not approve these payments. I have already informed my bank and will seek legal advice if necessary. I recently canceled my subscription with Our Time and now I am being charged through Love and Seek, which seems suspicious to me. I believe this is fraudulent activity. Please rectify this issue promptly, as it is affecting my finances. Kindly refund the unauthorized charges to my account as soon as possible.

When I joined the website, I was excited to meet him. He was very kind and we had beautiful conversations for about 3 weeks. He made me feel special, especially since I had been widowed for 17 years. Our interaction brightened my otherwise dull life. We planned to meet in Albuquerque, NM on Mother's Day, but he didn't show up because he had to travel to his company's headquarters in NY. Later, he told me about a lucrative contract in Africa and mentioned his equipment was stolen. He asked for $3,[redacted] to replace it, which I couldn't afford. When I expressed my suspicions about his intentions regarding my help, he stopped communicating. It was disappointing to realize his priorities suddenly shifted.

I recently unsubscribed from your service a couple of days ago, even though I had signed up just a week ago. I noticed that I still had three weeks left on my subscription. My name is Ronald K. from Texas, and all my information is on file. Please either refund my money or extend my subscription by three weeks. If this issue is not resolved, I will seek legal advice as I do not want to be unfairly charged. It would be helpful if your business had a phone number for direct contact. I want to ensure that I will not be charged again without receiving the service for the remaining three weeks that I paid for. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I'm having a problem with the messaging feature on your platform. It seems that when I send my contact information to someone I'm interested in, they can't see it. This is frustrating as I believe I should have control over what I send. Until this issue is resolved and I can be assured that the recipients are receiving my messages correctly, I won't be renewing my subscription. It's important to me that the platform functions properly to connect with others, and if this continues, I may seek other alternatives.
