I've been trying to speak with a live person for a week now. Every time I call during business hours, the phone rings endlessly either here or on the number provided for the jury duty department. Despite numerous attempts, I have yet to connect with someone as the call gets disconnected while I'm on hold. It's urgent that I speak to someone as my doctor and I both need a copy of the filled-out form. I tried contacting [redacted] and [redacted] but to no avail. Please get in touch with me at [redacted] as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dear Court, My name is Jakub S. I am currently vacationing in LA and rented a car from Alamo for my stay. Unfortunately, I had an accident. I turned right on a red light at the intersection of Telegraph RD and Garfield Ave at 2:13AM. I admit fault as I did not come to a complete stop behind the white line before turning. I was unaware of this rule as it is my first time in the USA driving a rental car. The fine imposed is $[redacted], much higher than what I am used to in Czech Republic, where fines are around $50 or less. Could you please consider canceling the fine? I now understand the rule and will adhere to it in the future. If possible, I would appreciate a letter of dismissal sent to my email for Alamo rental company. Invoice Number: CA52901 Date/Time of Occurrence: 05/17/[redacted] @ 02:13 AM Location of Occurrence: COMMRC LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT Thank you, Jakub S.

I am dealing with a red light violation citation that was not my doing. I sent an affidavit of non-liability on 6/1/18 and another on 10/16/18, but the second one hasn't been delivered yet. I am now facing collections and struggling to connect with someone at the courthouse. To resolve this, I will mail another affidavit today and have a court appearance scheduled. I will need to take time off work, travel to San Jose, and lose a day's pay. I am hoping to find a way to settle this matter without losing more money. The court date is set for Nov. 26 at 1:30pm.

I am currently trying to retrieve my juror information at 12:40 PM on Tuesday, November 13. I called [redacted], with several complaints about the process/service: 1. The automated system struggles to recognize touch-tone input, particularly the court location zipcode which it repeatedly prompted me to enter. 2. There isn't an option for potential jurors to obtain juror information. 3. There are no instructions on how to reach an agent clearly. I had to input "[redacted]11" as my juror ID number and "[redacted]" as my pin before "0#" would connect me to an agent, but the system said the combination was incorrect. 4. After waiting over 15 minutes on hold, the call transferred to "Cisco Unity Messaging," requesting an extension I didn't have. Unfortunately, I am unaware of the agents' extensions or where to find them online.

I am in need of the payments awarded to me, which have not been delivered by the attorneys. Furthermore, I am facing ongoing challenges due to the interference of the USMC and other military entities, despite being a US Citizen residing out of state. I want to clarify that I am not affiliated with the US Military. Since [redacted], my rights as a US Citizen have been violated by repetitive and destructive behavior from individuals I have no association with. I have specifically rejected involvement with categories like Domestic Violence, Rape Advocacy, and Forced Disability groups. I am seeking urgent help to retrieve my funds allocated to my Ein number and to ensure my safety. I am facing unwarranted intrusion into my personal space and body, with individuals claiming to be from Hollywood, Scientology, or related to Cancer research. My well-being and choices are being disregarded, impacting my life negatively. My focus is on my own accomplishments and time spent with NASA, not on dealing with unwanted individuals and their inappropriate actions.

I have not received personal cancer patents and funds addressed to me. A person claiming to be from Barbara Bush's family, although not related to her sons, is involved in aggressive sexual activities, including harassing boys sexually, which I consider rape and homicide if the victims felt violated. This person is not the President and should be held accountable for their actions, including chemical intake during the last election. There are concerns about altering their subconscious to be accessed spiritually. This behavior is typical for individuals with violent and sect-prone tendencies. They are harassing me aggressively, attempting to force their way into unwelcoming spaces, and seeking physical access in international locations.

My daughter, K, received a jury duty postcard. She has been abroad for 7 years, doesn't receive mail there, and cannot serve. How can she be removed from the potential juror list? I, her father, M Hart, am reaching out. It's hard to reach someone by phone. Disregarding the postcard at our address, we discard her mail since she operates online. Please confirm she's removed from the list as she won't return soon. Contact me via email. Thank you. Michael Hart

Please assist me. My driver's license was suspended years ago due to a toll violation I received for forgetting to switch the toll transponder. Shortly after, I had to flee my residence because of a violent roommate, and I lost the ticket and missed court notices. When I attempted to explain this to the judge, they accused me of lying and dismissed my plea to lift the suspension. Eventually, I settled the fines, but I have since been burdened with high car insurance costs. Considering the circumstances surrounding my suspension, the minor offense that caused it, and the enactment of Assembly Bill [redacted] (AB [redacted]) on June 27, [redacted], I kindly request the removal of the suspension from my driving record.

I recently received a summons from the LA Superior Court stating that I failed to respond to my jury duty applications. Despite not living in Los Angeles for four years, I never received any jury duty requests until this summons. I only maintain a PO Box in Los Angeles, and this is the only communication I've received from the LA County jury in the past 2 1/2 years. I am no longer a resident of Los Angeles. Robert Hallak

On Thursday, April 26, [redacted], at 2:10 PM, I received a call on my cell phone from the LA Superior Court Traffic Information and Payment Center Division (1[redacted]) informing me about a traffic ticket and offering payment options. I reside in Las Vegas, NV, and have not been in LA since the mid-1980s. My car has not been stolen, and I have not permitted anyone else to use it. I am puzzled as to why I received this call and how the citation is related to me. I do not suspect it was a scam due to the professionalism of the caller and the payment options presented. Nevertheless, it has left me quite unsettled.

I encountered a problem with the payment for my ticket E664433 on LACOURT.ORG. On 3/21/19, I tried to settle a $[redacted] fine but received a delinquent notice last week for $[redacted] due within 20 days from the notice date of 3/31/19. I received the notice the week of 3/29-4/3, after the 20-day period. When I logged in to pay, the ticket was in collections with an additional fine. Collections mentioned I need to pay another $[redacted] by 4/3/19. I have been unable to reach anyone from collections or the court to address this. I am concerned about paying fees I don't owe. Could someone please contact me regarding this matter? Thank you.

I require a copy of my final divorce decree from [redacted]. During the divorce, I was known as Mabel A Dedrick, and my spouse was Richard S Dedrick II. The divorce was officially completed in January [redacted]. I attempted an online search on www.lacourt.org but to no avail. Despite paying the fees, I was unable to retrieve any information. This document is essential for obtaining a Real ID. Presently, my name is Mabel A. Riddle, but I also go by the nickname Mae, which is reflected in my email address. I am in need of at least the case number associated with the divorce proceedings. The divorce was filed in Lancaster, CA, at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Please contact me at [redacted]

My son has been at Metropolitan State Hospital for over a year and a half trying to dispute his false diagnosis. Judge Donna Quegley Groman has decided he cannot represent himself due to this diagnosis, leading to Tony Lupo, his public defender, failing to properly present the truth. The next hearing is scheduled for September 16th but should be postponed until both sides of the case are thoroughly examined. There are concerns that the hospital unjustly medicates patients, especially homeless individuals, immigrants, and prisoners. I urge help in conveying this to the judge for verification. I am willing to provide details, and my son is available for contact by phone to speak for himself.

Dear forum members, I am reaching out for advice regarding a challenging situation my husband and I are facing. The debt collection company has taken legal action against my disabled husband, and we are trying to submit a fee waiver form along with a demurrer to the complaint at the Chatsworth courthouse. Unfortunately, the court requires the demurrer papers before accepting the fee waiver, creating a dilemma as we are unable to afford the initial appearance costs for e-filing. We qualify for a fee waiver, but the e-filing system poses a barrier. We do not possess a credit card to pay the fees even if we could manage them. I kindly ask for guidance on securing a court date to successfully file the demurrer alongside our fee waiver. Thank you, Kathleen

On the 5th of July, while dining in Santa Monica with my wife who is battling cancer, we received a citation (Number: [redacted]65) for not displaying our handicapped parking placard. I reached out to the Santa Monica Police Department multiple times for guidance, followed their instructions meticulously, and submitted all required documents. Unfortunately, a clerical error by the DMV led to a discrepancy in the dates on the documents, causing confusion. Despite efforts to rectify this, I was met with unhelpful staff at the police station, wasting six hours of my time commuting back and forth from Santa Clarita. After submitting the correct documents once again, I received a letter from Sheri E Ross, the Hearing Examiner, stating that I remain liable for the citation. Trying to clarify the situation with her, I was met with rudeness and a lack of confirmation regarding the receipt of my documents. As a senior citizen, the ordeal of proving my innocence for a one-time mistake of not displaying the placard has been unfair and burdensome. I am hopeful that the evidence I provided will eventually lead to a fair resolution to this matter. - Graham H.

Deputy Patricia A. Moreton Superior Court of Los Angeles County of Los Angeles [redacted] Sylmar Ave Van Nuys Los Angeles, California [redacted] Case No. 19VER000917 To Whom It May Concern, I am Christopher Peter Nicholls, the individual targeted by this restraining order. I never received this order in person or by mail. Mr. Felix Wright was aware that I had returned to the UK in January [redacted] and was not in the USA. He is my son-in-law, and I have legal action against him for unpaid debts from May [redacted] and for selling my belongings from my Palm Springs home on Facebook. There have been no threats made towards Mr. Wright or my family members mentioned in the order. I have attempted to communicate with him after he unlawfully seized my property in Palm Springs, rented it out, and pocketed the profits. Mr. Wright and my daughter were caretakers of my property and were only trustees. I have sued them, won by default, and they are currently challenging the ruling. I find it unjust that an order was issued without proper verification. This is an ongoing legal matter represented by Attorney Erica Thompson from Roman Attorneys in Palm Springs. I am residing in the UK and have no plans to see Mr. Felix Wright until our court date in November. I request the cancellation of this order due to the upcoming court appearance and the misleading information presented. You can reach me at [redacted] for further correspondence. I trust that the appropriate actions will be taken. Thank you for understanding the complexity of this situation and the impact of this order. Please rectify this matter promptly. Sincerely, C.P. I reconnected with a childhood friend who is now married with two kids, and we both wanted to see each other after many years. I planned to surprise her at Manhattan Beach, where she likes to paint. When I unexpectedly ran into her at the Hometown Fair, she panicked, claimed she went to the police, and a restraining order was waiting for me back home. It's all so unbelievable, as if written by a child, filled with strange quotes. I just wanted a brief farewell hug, but she overreacted and ran away. It's disappointing how things turned out.

I have encountered a small claims issue recently. Someone filed a claim against me using a fake address. I informed the judge about this during the hearing, but it didn't seem to matter. When I tried to reach out to the plaintiff via mail, both my letters were returned due to an unknown address. I even sent $70 to the court and $[redacted] to the plaintiff by mail, but they were also returned. I am questioning whether the court's correspondence was sent to the same address and also returned. I believe requiring some form of identification when filing forms like SC-[redacted] could prevent such situations. Currently, anyone with ill intentions can easily file a false claim, leading to wastage of time, money, and court resources.

Today, I received a voicemail from the LA Superior Court Santa Monica Courthouse about a court date scheduled this week, which caught me by surprise. The message mentioned something about my driver's license being suspended if I don't show up, but I have no idea why I have to go to court. I assume it's related to the DMV, but I'm left feeling confused and unprepared with only a 4-day notice. As a responsible individual, I feel anxious about attending the hearing without any information about the reason behind it. How can I figure out the purpose of my court appearance? Regards, K. Gould, Los Angeles

Hello, I am writing to seek guidance on a matter involving my divorce case at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in [redacted]. At that time, I was in India and unable to respond to the case. I recently discovered that the case status online indicates a "statistical disposition" on 11/30/[redacted], but I have not received a copy of the judgment or any relevant documents. I am currently in the US and unsure of the next steps to take. Thank you for your help.
