Lone Star Customer Service Issues

Two weeks ago, I was approved for SNAP benefits. I was instructed to use the card I had in [redacted]. However, when I attempted to use it, I was informed that the card had been reported lost or stolen. After spending over 2 hours on the phone without any resolution, I contacted an ombudsman who promised me a replacement card within 7 to 10 days. It has now been 2 weeks, and the card has not arrived. After calling today, I was informed that the card was never sent. I am now faced with another 7-day wait for the card. In this day and age of advanced technology, there should be no excuse for such incompetence.

I require assistance regarding my Lone Star Card (food stamps). Despite being over 65 years old and receiving social security and Medicare, I am only given $16.00 a month. Every month, I have to call and clarify that I am not on disability just to increase my food stamp benefits. It is becoming exhausting to do this every month. I have been waiting for my food stamp card for 3 months now. I visited the office twice and they advised me to contact the Lone Star Card. I called [redacted] as instructed, but the card hasn't arrived yet, even though my correct address is [redacted] Oakhurst Dr, Spring, TX [redacted]. My SSN is [redacted], DOB is 03/12/69, and my name is Angela Gann. Can I go to Human Services to get a card since I urgently need it to buy food? It's been frustrating not receiving the card despite having $[redacted] in benefits. Please assist as I really need the card.
