I have endured a frustrating time with Lingo, facing rude customer service, being misled about the repair of my parents' phone, and unfulfilled promises of callbacks. My elderly and ill parents rely on this service. The journey began on July 23, [redacted], when I reported the phone issue. Despite multiple calls to Ariel, Ron, Grey/Jay, and Jay, the repair kept being delayed. Paul assured me on the 29th that the phone would be fixed by the 30th, yet it wasn't. Mitch then promised a resolution by the 2nd, but it took until the morning of the 3rd to finally have the phone working. Another incident occurred on August 23, with a temporary phone line being damaged. William promised a fix by the 26th, and despite subsequent engagements with Paul and Mike, it was only resolved after my sister intervened. Unfortunately, the phone failed again on September 1st, leading me to contemplate seeking legal advice due to the ongoing frustration with Lingo's service.

I am experiencing a persistent buzzing noise coming from my home phone. Despite previous attempts to address the issue with technicians from the phone company, the problem keeps resurfacing. Unfortunately, when attempting to reach out to Lingo's customer service number listed on my bill, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. On November 20, my assistant spoke with "Amber" to cancel a hardline service tied to Account # [redacted]. This service was previously under Birch Communications with the same billing account number for the years [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. The service had been managed through Bank of America's bill pay, and adjustments were made for tax and fee increases during that time. Due to issues with the old AT&T lines, the service had been intermittent for months, primarily used as a fax line, with faxes being sent from a nearby UPS store. Despite canceling the line early as communicated by Amber, an additional charge was mentioned. There was no contractual agreement in place. The account, originally belonging to Birch, was later managed by Lingo Communications. The final payment of $55.36 will be settled via bill pay on December 20, [redacted], marking the closure of this account.

I am currently a customer of Lingo. I accidentally selected Care Communications on 12/12/[redacted] and found out their prices were not cheaper. I contacted Care Communications to cancel, but they said they can't do it unless my service is completely terminated, risking my current phone number. I reached out to your company on Friday, and there was no pending change on file. I asked your representative to flag my account for no change from Lingo in case Care Communications requests it later. Your representative confirmed that there was no current request from Care Communication. Please assist us. I'm Vickie, sending this inquiry on behalf of Mrs. Alberta Newman, who is elderly and very upset by this situation.
