The steam room for women at the Allen, Texas location is consistently dirty despite the posted cleaning schedule. I have been requesting them to add eucalyptus to improve the smell, as it often resembles dirty feet or a dish rag. The cleanliness has not been up to standard for over a year, despite multiple reports to local management. While the steam room may briefly improve, the cleaning tends to lapse soon after. Additionally, the air conditioning has been broken for over 4 months due to hail damage, which is unacceptable given the membership fees paid. At $[redacted] per month in dues and additional expenses at the cafe, the amenities and maintenance are not satisfactory. My boyfriend and I are contemplating switching to another gym unless these issues are promptly addressed.

As a member of Lifetime in South Tulsa, I want to share my recent unsettling experience. I usually enjoy the accommodating staff, but today encountered an employee with blonde highlights who was not as welcoming. Despite prior approval over the phone for my swim coach to use a guest pass to coach me, this unfamiliar staff member at the front desk was confrontational. He insisted on canceling my membership after a disagreement about their policy regarding guest passes. After my swim session, I noticed him seemingly recording us without consent, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I felt his behavior was intrusive and inappropriate. I hope that such incidents are not repeated at this otherwise well-run club.

The outdoor pool at Lifetime in Dublin has been without a cover on its filter for three days now. Yesterday, I slipped on it during class, thankfully I'm okay. I informed Sarah, who oversees the pool, and she assured me it would be addressed, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Additionally, the pool was unexpectedly closed last night without any notification. Even the instructor was unaware that it would be closed. The management at this Lifetime location seems to be lacking. Furthermore, the music system is barely functioning, and we were informed a new one was ordered. There's also a shortage of equipment, with noticeably damaged noodles that kids have worn out. Considering the fees we pay, I believe we should receive better service.
