I am cancelling my subscription to Life Alert due to the increasing cost. I have tried three times to return the speaker as per arrangements but no one came as scheduled on these occasions. Yesterday, I discovered a note stating that failed attempts were made to retrieve the equipment because I did not answer. As a 74-year-old person with disabilities and reliant on a wheelchair, I assure you that I am always alert and aware. I have a dog that reliably alerts me to any door activity. The box was left near my front door, and it has now vanished. Even though I thought it was finally collected, I have been informed otherwise. If there are charges for the missing box, we should discuss payment options. Thank you.
