I have a concern about Liberty Utilities' water conservation efforts. While they are working hard to conserve water, I believe they are missing the mark by not providing customers with updated information on their water usage. It seems that we only become aware of issues like leaks or running toilets when we receive a high water bill. If Liberty Utilities can read the meter to determine our usage, why can't they use this same information to alert us before water is wasted? By empowering customers with real-time data, we can all do our part to save water and money. I am sharing this feedback following a recent incident and believe there must be a better way to address this issue. Thank you, dotndave.
