I am encountering an error stating I need to enter a date, but there is no place to input this information. I am currently in NY State. I am trying to file my tax return for [redacted] but keep receiving an error and informational warning that need to be addressed before submission. The error message prompts me to enter a date after January 1st, [redacted]. I am a self-employed individual with income derived from a different state than the one I reside in. I have lived at the same address for many years. I have previously filed with your service and requested an extension. I am aiming to meet the deadline today, as I am owed a refund that will be applied to my [redacted] taxes. I am uncertain which state to report my income to and require assistance in resolving the date entry issue to complete the filing successfully.

The IRS is unable to refund our money because they claim they do not have the correct information to send the refund. Although we always opt for direct deposit, we recently discovered that there is conflicting information on the tax papers. Despite our multiple inquiries, we were assured that it would be deposited directly. Our tax service provider, the Aiken office, charged us $[redacted] for a service error, leaving us with the IRS withholding our refund. Urgent assistance is requested to resolve this issue promptly.

I visited the Graham Rd location for an appointment on 2/11/22. They were overbooked and asked for volunteers to leave tax forms. I volunteered but faced delays. Despite being busy and understaffed, I was promised my taxes would be ready in 10 to 14 days. However, after numerous calls and visits, it seemed like no one had even looked into my taxes. This experience was disorganized and unprofessional, which is disappointing after being a customer since [redacted]. I finally got my taxes done and was offered a $50 return customer discount for the inconvenience. Despite this, I was not informed that they no longer handle city taxes, and I had to do it myself. This mix-up and poor communication have left me frustrated, and I have decided not to return to this location. Thanks for listening.

I've had a difficult experience with Liberty Tax office located on 38th and Federal in Denver, Colorado. I have encountered mistreatment from an employee named Elena and have faced challenges with communication and paperwork. Despite trying for five days, there have been issues with an initial advance loan and IRS form submissions. I feel uncomfortable returning to the office and want the situation resolved promptly. I am disappointed with the service received and no longer wish to continue doing business with Liberty Tax. I seek a full refund and am eager to speak with someone regarding this matter and the possibility of the employee's dismissal.
