On August 23rd, I reached out to Liberty Power customer service regarding my previous bill. I was informed that my contract had expired in March [redacted]. After reviewing my emails, I found no notifications about this matter. I only noticed a significant increase in my bill starting in August [redacted]. Concerned, I called Liberty Power to address the situation. I requested to renegotiate the billing and expressed my willingness to sign a new 3-year agreement. Despite speaking with several representatives who assured me that someone would follow up, I have yet to receive a resolution as of September 23, [redacted]. I am simply looking for clarification and communication regarding my account status. On September 20, [redacted], I received a disconnect notice, which has left me frustrated. I am hoping for assistance from Liberty Power in resolving this matter promptly.

A few weeks ago, I received a call from Liberty informing me about the need to exchange my old connecting box for a new one. I complied, and the new box they provided me with started causing issues once installed. The new box, which is Internet-enabled, affected my Internet speed and caused program disruptions. Upon contacting Liberty to request my old box back and revert to my previous service, I was informed that the old box is no longer available. To resume my previous cable TV service, I would now need to purchase a different box with recording capabilities at an additional cost of $9.00 per month. This change will alter the way the cable TV service works. Despite my reluctance, I had to agree to the new box to maintain a stable TV signal. Consequently, my monthly bill will increase by $9.00. Considering these circumstances, I am contemplating canceling my TV service altogether. My account number for reference is: [redacted][redacted].
