I recently installed a Leviton smart switch Gen 2 for my fan. The switch works perfectly for my lights but after 2 weeks, the fan receives constant power even when I press the switch. The switch's green LED light indicates it is functioning but the fan remains on continuously. I attempted a factory reset, however, the issue persists.
