As an enthusiastic member of the LEGO Community, my family has enjoyed visiting the California and Florida locations multiple times. With the new LEGO store opening in New York, we are thrilled since we reside in New Jersey. Recently, I bought six season passes for $[redacted] each, only to find a few days later that a gold pass is available for $99. I'm interested in exchanging them due to the price difference. The total amount paid for the season passes is $[redacted] more than the gold pass prices. I believe this situation may not be fair to customers who purchased passes based on the previous email offer. If possible, I would appreciate information on how to proceed with a refund or exchange. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or my cell phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at Legoland on 9/25/[redacted]. It was our first time visiting with my family of 5, and we purchased express passes for everyone. However, the main rides we wanted to go on, Technic, Ninjago, and Dragon rides, were all closed due to technical issues during our visit. Additionally, when we bought tickets for the water park, many of the rides were closed due to understaffing. Overall, I spent over $1,[redacted] on flights from Oregon for this one day experience and felt like we only got half of what we expected. I'm hoping for a complimentary day at Legoland or a full refund. Please contact me at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. If I don't hear back, I'll seek legal advice. Thank you.

I'm having trouble renewing my Legoland annual pass with the 20% discount as advertised. I've been a loyal customer since the opening. My card number is [redacted], printed on January 23, [redacted], and I was informed it expires in March. However, when I try to renew, it only gives me the option to purchase a new pass at full price, which I'm not willing to do. My daughter mentioned hers expires soon, and I want to take advantage of the discount before the end of the month. I live in Carlsbad. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We had initially planned a trip to LegoLand California Resort and Waterpark for Memorial Day weekend in May [redacted]. We made reservations at the LegoLand Hotel and purchased day passes for three people to the amusement park and waterpark. Due to our child falling ill with a respiratory infection, we had to extend our stay and reschedule our return flight to May 30 instead of the planned June 1 departure. As a result, we were unable to use our Legoland tickets. After seeking information from several LegoLand hotel staff members who assured us that our passes would be valid for a year since they were unused, we now aim to rebook our vacation at the LegoLand Castle Hotel. However, we have been unable to find any information on LegoLand's website regarding this matter. When attempting to contact LegoLand through the provided phone number, we have been met with long wait times without success in speaking to a representative. Our main concern is confirming if our tickets are still valid so we can reschedule our trip with LegoLand.

I purchased four annual passes and I am requesting a refund. Currently pregnant with our third child, I wanted to enjoy some time with my two kids at a theme park before the new baby arrives. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While Florida offers great theme park options, this particular park did not meet our expectations. The heat was a major issue, with inadequate ways to cool down like misting fans, water fountains, or air-conditioned areas. The refillable souvenir cup system lacked places to refill with ice, making it inconvenient. The water in the park was even hot, not just warm. The lack of clear signage made it hard for us to find the water park area, and the conditions there were overcrowded and unpleasant. Additionally, we discovered problems with the water quality, leading to the closure of certain attractions. Overall, this experience was far from enjoyable, and I am seeking a full refund for the passes I purchased.

Good evening, Tomorrow my family planned to visit Legoland New York using three tickets gifted to our son last Christmas. I recently downloaded the Legoland app to input the tickets and noticed they show an expiration date of December 25, [redacted], which was the purchase date. My sister-in-law mentioned they should be valid for a year from the purchase date. The order number is [redacted]59, and her email is [redacted]. We hoped to use them tomorrow for my son's enjoyment. The tickets were not used or redeemed, and we only saw the expiration date after importing them into the app. We were not aware of any printed expiration date on the tickets. We would appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, M&J Gillespie
