I am feeling extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance from Leggett & Platt and Mattress Firm. My partner and I have been enduring sleepless nights due to our broken bed frame. Despite numerous attempts over the past few months to reach out via email and phone, we have been met with unhelpful responses. The back and forth between various individuals has only added to our frustration as no one seems capable of resolving our issue. Even returning to the store where we made the purchase has been fruitless, as Mattress Firm has also declined to assist us. It is disappointing that after investing a substantial amount of money into their products, we are being left without support. Our bed frame is completely broken, and our new mattress is already showing signs of wear after less than a year of use. I am at a loss for where to seek help next.

Serial # 0906P[redacted]3
I've been experiencing issues with my bed approximately four months into using it. The wired remote in this model makes it challenging to check the batteries without disassembling the entire bed.
Being disabled, living alone, and on a fixed income, I recently discovered that my two-year warranty does not cover labor costs, as informed by Leggitt & Pratt's staff. After getting my bed fixed once before by Randy Crouch, the remote is now malfunctioning again after a year, requiring me to incur expenses for repairs. As someone with back problems and financial constraints, I am seeking a more affordable solution for addressing this recurring problem with my motorized bed.

I am reaching out about my Prodigy foundation with reference number #0612P[redacted]5. I have noticed an issue with the leg raise section, where the knees raise much higher than the foot area, indicating a possible disconnection in the lifting mechanism of the bed. This power frame has been in use for about 8 years. I believe a service call to our home may be necessary to address and possibly fine-tune the entire frame. Additionally, our other Prodigy base belonging to my wife also needs attention as it does not lay flat without assistance. I am unsure of the next steps to take for repairing these power bases and getting them fine-tuned.

I own an adjustable bed base, Serial number: GA [redacted], that was bought in [redacted] from City Mattress in Boca Raton, Florida. This bed base is connected to a King headboard and is one of a pair used with twin beds. Recently, I heard a loud noise while adjusting it, and now it doesn't incline to the same level as before. When lowering it, it returns too far, and the motor runs for a few extra seconds. I am looking to arrange for a repair technician to visit my home and fix the base's position.

I purchased an adjustable bed from Mattress Firm in Plymouth, MA on May 28, [redacted], with an extended warranty for 10-20 years. After four months, one side of the bed has been stuck and not working. The product serial number is 0906P[redacted]1. I contacted FORTEGRA warranty company (Claim No. [redacted]) four months ago, and they sent a technician from a local furniture repair company to diagnose the issue. The technician identified that the motor on one side and a Leggett and Platt remote need replacement. The warranty company has ordered the parts and paid for them. It was promised that Leggett and Platt would send the parts to my house, and a technician would install them. However, I have been unsuccessful in reaching Leggett and Platt at 1-[redacted] for updates on the status. We are senior citizens and urgently need our adjustable bed repaired for health reasons. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. My details are: Shashi Parekh, 34 Peter Road, Plymouth, MA [redacted]. Contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing an issue with my Leggett & Platt adjustable bed equipped with a Prodigy remote control. One side tends to get stuck in the upward position occasionally, failing to go back down. This problem affects one side at the head and another side at the foot. Despite rechecking cords, ensuring no obstructions, and confirming the remote batteries are functioning, the malfunction persists. Attempts to reset by unplugging for 10 minutes have not resolved the issue. The bed sometimes functions properly, but the intermittent problem persists. Is it possible that the motors are faulty even though the bed works well at times? Should I consider replacing all four motors or might the control boxes be the source of the trouble? I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

My queen-sized Leggett and Platt bed is not functioning properly. I have checked that it is plugged in, the green light is on at the transponder, and the connections seem secure. Despite replacing the remote batteries, the bed does not respond, and the motors do not engage. I have unplugged the unit and attempted to reset it without success. I am unable to locate a reset button and do not have the manual for further troubleshooting. Another L&P bed in the house with a remote is also not working. I would appreciate assistance in troubleshooting and initiating warranty coverage to address this issue. In the meantime, I am unsure how to flatten the bed, which is currently elevated due to a cough concern. I am considering trying 9-volt batteries in the transponder to see if it will lower. The problem is at 32 Abilene Trail in Naples, FL [redacted].

I bought a Tempur-Pedic [redacted]0 Solutions Mattress with a Tempur-Pedic [redacted] Adjustable Base Twin Long from "Ergo Customized Comfort" on March 4, [redacted]. One of the motors on the adjustable base stopped working about five years into use, around [redacted]. I've replaced the batteries in the remote without success. The seller seems out of business, and I found a Leggett & Platt customer service number on the receipt. The bed has a 20-year limited warranty, and I'm looking for guidance on troubleshooting and fixing the issue. You can contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I own a C4 Sleep Number split king bed with a Leggett & Platt base. Despite my efforts, the mattress shifts due to the magnet discs not holding it in place, causing one side to push the other off the platform. I am looking for solutions like corner brackets or a mattress retainer bar to prevent this issue. Thank you.

I requested my 20 hours of vacation pay but only received $12. I understand the 24-hour increment rule and filled out the request on my separation date. The person responsible for payroll, Stephanie, made another mistake. It seems she overlooked paying out the 8 hours of vacation time on the last check too. I had to call to get it corrected. I've faced payroll issues with Stephanie before, once losing 8 hours without recovery. I am in the middle of a job transition and need all my funds promptly. I hope corporate can assist before Friday. Each time I address these mistakes, I feel dismissed, and I suspect this treatment is intentional due to past pay problems. Stephanie's negligence puts me in a tight spot financially. I believe action must be taken. I also do not want any more contributions to my 401k that could disrupt my current distribution process.

I have a Leggett & Platt bed adjustor remote control Model HBGL that came with my mattress and adjustable base from Ethan Allen Retail, Inc. The remote works well, but the bottom insert piece covering the battery section is damaged, making it unable to hold the batteries in place. This renders the remote inoperable unless taped or manually secured. I have searched online for a replacement part without success. Looking for guidance on where to find this specific part or if I should reach out to the seller for assistance. Thank you for any help or advice you can provide.

I purchased a Leggett & Platt base for my Tempurpedic mattress back in October of [redacted]. Recently, I ran into some issues with the motor, which led to additional costs for repair. Despite seeking assistance from L&P, the replacement motor I received broke within two years, prompting me to order a third one along with a new torque tube due to a possible supply chain delay.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, the torque tube was incorrect and did not fit my base as indicated. I have been attempting to contact L&P for a refund and return instructions for the incorrect part, but have faced challenges with reaching their customer service team. The wait times on the provided contact numbers have been excessively long, and as a senior citizen, I find it frustrating to spend so much time on hold.
I am seeking your help in obtaining a refund and arranging for the return of the incorrect torque tube, or confirmation that returning it is not necessary. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this matter efficiently.
Thank you,
Sandra M.

We own four Leggett and Platt adjustable bases, one of which is controlled by a tablet. The charging cord got stuck inside the tablet. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, a representative assisted us and we received a new tablet, but it wouldn't charge or turn on. Following a second call and a long wait for assistance, we were sent another tablet that also did not function. We were supposed to receive a return label for the first tablet but did not. After contacting support a third time and asking for a supervisor, Elvira Sauceda suggested sending a new tablet along with a return label. Despite our efforts to troubleshoot, the third tablet also failed to charge or wake up. Despite emailing Elvira twice with no response, she later recommended a conversion kit to use a remote instead of a tablet. However, since December, we haven't received any updates, return labels, or the conversion kit. This has left us with a stuck elevated bed, causing inconvenience each night. We are disappointed by the unresolved issue despite owning multiple beds from your company.

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with my adjustable bed. After contacting Leggett and Platt by phone on 7/13/22, I spoke with Magali Guadarrama. Magali requested pictures of the broken arm, which I promptly sent. After following up with a call, she mentioned escalating the matter to her supervisor, who would provide further instructions via email. By the end of that week, not receiving any response, I contacted Cindy on 7/19, who claimed a supervisor had approved a replacement, and a secondary vendor would arrange delivery within 4-6 weeks. On 7/25, I received a call to schedule delivery, only to find out the bed arrived damaged. Upon calling back on 7/29, 8/1, and 8/2, I was informed Leggett and Platt suggested returning to the place of purchase for a resolution. Despite reaching out to Mattress Firm, they explained warranty replacements are handled by Leggett and Platt. Seeking a resolution, I suspect my calls may be overlooked as their contact number remains unresponsive.
Thank you.

I purchased an adjustable bed in May [redacted] and it was working fine until I moved to a new home in May [redacted]. Unfortunately, the bed is no longer functioning. I have taken several steps to troubleshoot the issue, including replacing the remote batteries, checking the wall outlet, and testing the power cord. Despite my efforts, the bed still does not work. I have also tried contacting customer service multiple times without success. As a [redacted]% disabled Marine, I rely on this bed, especially with an upcoming knee replacement scheduled for March 10, [redacted]. I have attempted to reach out via phone every day of the week for the past week, but have been on hold for up to 3 hours each time. I am patient but also hard of hearing, so communication can be challenging.

I recently received a bed frame from a relative, but it did not come with a power supply. I have been struggling to identify the model of the bed since it's not easy to find information online. I have searched on eBay for a power supply, but I cannot find one that matches the 8 pin circular plug that I think this bed needs. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some helpful suggestions or options to solve this issue. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate a model number tag on the frame itself. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing back pain every morning after the delivery of my bed missing a piece. I would appreciate a contact number to address this issue as it is troublesome not having one readily available. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted].

My rocker recliner with the Leggett & Platt mechanism tends to push back when in the reclined positions, causing stress on my back. This makes me reluctant to use it. Lazy Boy recliners have a tension adjustment feature, and I am wondering if Leggett & Platt mechanisms have a similar adjustment. If adjustments are possible, I would view the purchase more positively. Otherwise, it may just end up being a swivel rocker or, worse, a clothes rack. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
