I am encountering issues with Mint Models, the sister store of yours located in Latham, New York. I am attempting to have an authorization removed or to receive a refund to my card. Is Kevin McGrath reachable? Despite assurances from Mint Models and Kevin McGrath about refunds, I have not seen any progress in my account. Who should I reach out to for assistance? I am frustrated with the lack of communication. Reaching your customer service by phone has been unsuccessful, as my calls are unanswered and not returned. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Having waited nearly 2 years for a pre-ordered model, the lack of acknowledgment that the car had arrived alongside charging my credit card without providing an order or invoice number has been unacceptable. I discovered the charge only after reviewing my account, as no notification was given. I am now struggling to get a response, despite promises of a refund. This experience has been beyond frustrating.
