I've had freezer burn on my frozen pizza for the second time in two weeks. I purchased one today, put it in the freezer, and when I retrieved it two hours later, it already had freezer burn. The plastic wrapping was intact, but the carton seemed a bit flimsy. Although I couldn't see any obvious holes, maybe it got crushed and left a small opening? It's strange that this has happened twice now, both from the same supermarket, just a week apart.

Sesame chicken has always been my go-to meal choice. However, in my last five orders, there has been barely 1 square inch of chicken in the entire dish. The majority of what was served seemed to be just breading. This doesn't meet the protein content I would expect from the dish. I am quite disappointed and really hope that more chicken will be included in future servings. To highlight this issue, I took a photo of my meal last night, which clearly shows the lack of chicken and excessive breading.

Hello, I recently enjoyed your Santa Fe-Style Rice & Beans dish, which I've had on numerous occasions. However, during my most recent meal, I discovered a green, stem-like object in the dish. Based on its appearance, I believe it may be a chili pepper stem. The item is quite substantial in size and has a firm texture. If needed, I can provide photographs for further clarification. I obtained the meal from Market Basket yesterday, and the packaging contains the code [redacted] (approximate) with timestamps of B 01:55 and expiration date of AUG [redacted].

Recently, a man contacted me regarding my complaint about a Lean Cuisine product with UPC 0-13[redacted]7-7, specifically the Buffalo Chicken & Cauliflower in cheese sauce. Despite its expiration date of 10/21, the taste was off after microwaving. The box had additional numbers: [redacted]P P27[redacted]. I was also aware of a mass recall of Lean Cuisine Products. However, the gentleman's questioning and rude behavior during our conversation were unacceptable. His suggestion of eating an onion and demanding to hear me chew it was unprofessional. I have been a loyal consumer of Lean Cuisine for over two decades, but his conduct has made me reconsider purchasing these products. I intend to inform my family and friends and post on social media about my experience to raise awareness about Lean Cuisine's customer service.

I used to enjoy your sesame seed chicken, but recently it has changed drastically. The nuggets no longer taste like chicken and the sauce is thick and flavorless. I have purchased numerous dinners, only to find them subpar or containing plastic. Has there been a shift in priorities at your company that values profit over quality? I have been a loyal customer for years, but now I am not satisfied with the product. Maybe it's time to explore other options like Healthy Choice. It is disappointing to see the decline in the quality of your meals. I hope the management is aware of what is happening within the company.

I recently tried a Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza and was disappointed to find it dry with no sauce. I had to throw it out after just two bites. In the past, I've enjoyed this meal, but this time it was not up to standard. I would like to request a coupon for a free Lean Cuisine French Bread Pizza as compensation for this subpar experience. It seems like there may have been an issue with the sauce application during the manufacturing process. If I had been at a restaurant, I would have returned the dish and ordered something else. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option in this case.

I bought the Herb Roasted Chicken dinner recently. After trying to eat it, I found the chicken to be tough and rubbery, making it inedible. I could only eat the vegetables. I am disappointed in this product as I have had good experiences with your other dinners. I'll leave it to you to decide what action to take. Due to my low income, I can't always afford to purchase your products. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my feedback.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent changes in your Lean Cuisine meals. As a loyal customer, I have noticed significant differences in the quality and quantity of the products I have purchased. For example, the Five Cheese Rigatoni now contains smaller pasta, less sauce, and hardly any cheese. Additionally, the Sesame Chicken dish has a completely different flavor and fewer chicken pieces. I am concerned about being charged the same price or even more for a product that has clearly changed for the worse. I feel like I am not getting the value for my money that I used to receive. I kindly request either a refund for the four dinners I purchased at Walmart or the original recipes and portion sizes to be sent to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I prepared a Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo Lean Cuisine today, cooking it for 3 minutes, but it turned out very watery with undercooked noodles. I stirred and cooked it for an additional 2 minutes, but it still had uncooked noodles and a soupy sauce. Despite being familiar with this meal, its consistency was off; furthermore, upon opening, I noticed a strange frozen brown liquid on the package. This oddity was present in all the other meals of the same kind that I had purchased, making me question its safety and quality. Unsure if this was a manufacturing defect or a store-related issue, I found the experience unsatisfactory and went without dinner.

Hi there, I work part-time and enjoy having your Asian-style meals for lunch three days a week. Today, while eating a Sticky Ginger Chicken meal, which happens to be my favorite, I encountered a problem. Midway through my meal, one piece of chicken tasted off, almost like spoiled meat. The first issue I encountered was with the turkey and sweet potatoes, as well as the chicken with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, both meals had very little meat in them and did not resemble what was shown on the packaging. Moreover, the taste was not up to par. More concerning was that after consuming the chicken entree, I suffered from food poisoning for a full day. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the film cover was not properly sealed on one side when I took it out of the microwave to stir. As a precaution, I decided to discard the last meal I had stored in the freezer.

I am not complaining about the product but about the packaging. My family has been purchasing Lean Cuisine entrée dinners for a long time. The old packaging was more attractive, colorful, and easy to spot on the shelves for quick selection. However, today when I went to the store, I completely missed the Lean Cuisine display because the new packaging is bland and unappealing. I believe this new design might be cost-effective for the company, but it does not encourage customers to buy the product. Though it may seem like a small issue, the packaging is not designed in a way that entices customers to purchase it. Thank you, T. Turner.
