Le Meridien Customer Service Issues

I recently stayed at the Le Meridien hotel from 11/2-11/3 for a wedding. After checking out, I was incorrectly charged for two cars of valet parking and $[redacted] for a hotel room that was supposed to be covered by the bride. Despite notifying the hotel immediately, I have not received a refund or credit for these charges. The hotel mistakenly charged my card instead of the bride's card, which was on hold for the event. Despite contacting Tanika White and her manager Jamie Cole, I have not received a resolution. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and will consider taking legal action if not resolved promptly. I am only seeking reimbursement for the $56 valet parking fee and am disappointed with the lack of assistance from the hotel. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will no longer choose Le Meridien or Marriott properties for future stays.

I had a reservation at Le Meridian Hotel in Atlanta for July 13-14, but they mistakenly had it down for July 9-10. After some back and forth, they agreed to adjust the price difference by using what I paid for the earlier dates as a credit. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw they charged me for both stays, totaling $[redacted].69. As a senior relying on Social Security, I feel I was taken advantage of. I want to resolve this fairly and would appreciate any assistance. I also didn't receive an invoice for the July 13 stay. Thank you, Mercedes A.
