We inquired about weed removal services and have had ongoing issues with lawn mowing being repeatedly included in the quotes, despite the fact that we do not have a lawn. Numerous reschedulings by the service providers, as evidenced in our emails, have caused frustration. When attempting to cancel online, it was stated that we needed three services before cancellation, but we never agreed to this requirement. We spoke with Kevin on 4/23 to cancel the services, only to receive conflicting messages about completion and rescheduling from Raul. Customer service, particularly Oscar and his supervisor, provided no resolution and we were unfairly charged for the unperformed work. We demand a full refund promptly, as we did not receive the services rendered. We do not consent to the three-service policy and will not be continuing with the company's services in the future.
