I own an older Lasko 20" High Velocity Floor Fan, Model 2265QM, which is all chrome and in "Like New" condition except for the non-functional motor. I recently bought a new fan that's identical but not chrome, which is okay with me. When I contacted Lasko on 1/22/[redacted], they informed me that they don't offer a replacement motor for my fan. I've compared the old and new motors and everything seems the same. I'm hoping to find a replacement motor that's not too expensive. If you can provide one, please let me know the cost. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you in advance for your help. -Jim S.

On 7/8/19, I visited Home Depot to buy a Lasko box fan, opting for the power plus model # B20540. Upon reaching home and unpacking the fan, I discovered it was damaged. I returned it and got a replacement, only to find the second fan also damaged. After a third unsuccessful attempt with a damaged fan, I returned it to Home Depot for a refund. On 7/10/19, I ordered a different model, Lasko box fan Model # B20573, through the Home Depot website. The pick-up was scheduled for 7/13/19, but when I opened the carton at the store, this fan also had a damaged metal frame. This experience has been frustrating, and I'm uncertain whether the fault lies with Home Depot or Lasko. I hope this issue gets resolved promptly. The Home Depot associate was apologetic, reordered the Lasko fan, and I am now awaiting its arrival. The store in question is located in Southaven, Mississippi, store #[redacted]. My order # is W[redacted]31.

I recently started a chat with Mary to request a replacement remote control for my Lasko space heater, model number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the chat ended abruptly while I was in the process of taking a picture of the label on the heater. Despite Mary's troubleshooting attempts, including adjusting the springs inside the remote control, the issue persists. I have tried sending her the required picture of the label without success. I am eager to continue resolving this matter either through chat, email, or a phone call to ensure I receive a new remote control for my recently purchased heater.

Regarding the Lasko CT22425 heater with a 3-year warranty purchased from Costco on 12/28/18, I have experienced issues with it recently. When plugged in without being powered on, the front of the unit heats up and emits a burning smell. Even after cleaning the unit as recommended, the smell persists when setting the temperature. The situation became alarming when it shut down completely. I have the receipt and documents, but not the original box. To ensure safety, I purchased another unit from Costco. It seems to be working well currently. I am unable to contact customer service and urgently need this matter resolved as my wife, who has arthritis, relies on the supplemental heat.

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my new Lasko model CC23161 heater. The remote control is not communicating with the heater despite the menu window responding to button presses. The heater does not react to the remote, and the communication light on the remote does not indicate any signal being sent to the heater. However, the heater operates when touched manually. The remote has new batteries inserted correctly. Requesting a replacement remote control to be sent to the address provided.
Thank you.

I purchased a Lasko 18-inch remote control pedestal cyclone fan, Model [redacted], back in [redacted], and I'm finally setting it up for the first time. I managed to attach the pole to the base, but I'm struggling to fit the head assembly into the extension pipe as instructed. I've double-checked for any additional parts, but there are none, and I've made sure to align the components properly. Despite my efforts, the head assembly just won't fit into the extension pipe as it should. Could you please provide guidance on how to properly seat the head assembly into the pipe?

Hello. I purchased 2 tower fans from Amazon on March 2nd, [redacted], and they are no longer working. The lights indicating the functions turn on, but the fan does not start. I bought a Lasko model A20100 fan on 01-02-[redacted]. After unpacking and using it for about 15 minutes, it suddenly stopped. I tried changing outlets but it still won't work. I wonder if the motor is the issue. Is this a common problem with this model? If I need a replacement motor, how long will it take to get one? I have experience in electrical work, so I can install it myself. I work as a Handy Man, specializing in various handyman services. Would it be better to get a replacement for the same model or try a different brand? The fan is not essential but handy for circulating air.
