I bought 4 boxes of Land O Lakes Salted butter from Market 32 in Clifton Park, NY, USA. The lot number is [redacted]1 00:53 P5 P, and the expiration date is 03 01 20 0[redacted]23. The last 2 packets I opened tasted bad, and even my kids noticed the off taste. We've been loyal customers for years, but we've noticed a decline in quality recently. This also happened in November, and when I reached out to customer service, I didn't receive a response. I've had to throw away 5 packets in 6 months, costing me around $30 with taxes. I've kept a box in case you want me to return it for quality checking. Hoping for a prompt response this time. Thank you.
