Order Confirmation #: [redacted]61 Shipping Date: 11/28/[redacted] I am deeply disappointed by the service I have received regarding my package from Lakeside. Despite paying $16.99 for shipping and the package being delivered to UPS Eagan, MN on November 30th, I have yet to receive it. UPS has claimed they will not deliver it due to a supposed shipping rate increase on December 4th, which I have confirmed to be false as UPS's website states the increase is on December 26th. I have contacted UPS twice, faced long wait times, and still have not resolved the issue. I have also tried reaching Lakeside without success. I seek a refund for the undelivered package and have involved PayPal in the matter, retaining all documentation for reference.

I recently placed an order and applied a 15% discount code for free shipping. I had some confusion with the discount affecting the minimum order amount for free shipping. Initially, the site displayed free shipping, but it was added back after I returned from PayPal. My interaction with customer support started off rocky with a long wait time, but when Janet joined the chat, she remained patient and helpful despite my frustration. I admitted my mistake and apologized to Janet. I believe Janet deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. I hope she receives a commendation or a positive review in her file. Her supervisor should personally convey my appreciation to her. I am grateful for Janet's assistance, and it has even led me to increase my order. I placed an order for a comforter for $59.98. The confirmation number is [redacted]74. After placing the order, it prompted me to click for free shipping, which led to another page. Now, it shows it's being sent to the wrong address as I couldn't change it back. Additionally, they signed me up for a $14 monthly perks fee without my consent. When I tried to cancel, they asked me to call during business hours. They deducted the money immediately, and my attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful. Please cancel my order, refund my money to my Mastercard. My name is Colleen Gustafson.

I made a purchase from Lakeside Collections that I paid for on November 7, [redacted]. Recently, I noticed another charge for $14.95 on December 3, [redacted], which I did not authorize as I have not placed any additional orders. I intend to dispute this charge with my bank. I have been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes to resolve this issue over the phone. Furthermore, I plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance.

I have contacted Lakeside Collection three times asking to be removed from their email list, but unfortunately, my requests have been ignored. Despite blocking them, I continue to receive 1 to 2 emails daily. I now have a total of 34 advertisements from them and as a former customer, I am extremely dissatisfied. The simple request to remove my email address seems impossible for them to fulfill. I have reported this matter to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau in hopes that they can address these persistent and bothersome emails that I receive on a daily basis.

We require confirmation of this action via the email provided. If no response is received within 72 hours, we will dispute the charge and any future charges on our VISA. I purchased a quilt (Norfolk F/Q Set) on September 28, [redacted], with order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the quilt's edging has come off in two places after just one washing. The frayed material makes it impossible to sew back on. I've experienced problems before and regret returning. Now, I worry about the quality of the other gifts I've purchased. I am very dissatisfied and upset that the quilt is now shredded in two spots due to the edging issue.

My mother, Mrs. G.T. Roberts, placed an order with you on Nov. 15, [redacted], but only received a partial shipment. She ordered Junie B. Jones books 1-8 and 9-16. She received books 9-16 but was informed that books 1-8 could not be shipped, with a promised refund. She also ordered 2 sets of 2 catnip mice, which she received. However, she has not received the 2 pizza blankets for 13.99 each ([redacted]34) and has not been given an explanation for the delay. When she calls customer service, she is unable to reach a representative and the automated system does not list these missing items. She is eager to know when she can expect these items and would greatly appreciate talking to a person, not an automated voice, due to her hearing impairment.

I contacted your customer service at [redacted] to resolve issues with the PROMO CODE: U2DVKA. The representative advised placing the order online for FREE SHIPPING & a 20% discount before midnight. Despite my efforts for over an hour, I faced technical issues during checkout with a spinning wheel, preventing me from completing the order. Although the PROMO CODE provided free shipping, the 20% discount was not applied. Disappointed by the customer service response time via email, I attempted to place the order the next day, only to find the promotion had expired, leading to shipping charges. I listed the items I intended to purchase and calculated the potential savings with the discount. Frustrated by this experience, as a loyal customer, I hope for a prompt resolution from Lakeside. I am inquiring about two out of three items from order number [redacted]8. I received the Slim Space-Saving Accent Table over a week ago but have not yet received the Solar 50-Bulb String Lights or the Garden Planting Bench with Tool Organizer that were ordered together. When can I expect to receive these items? I have attempted to contact you by phone multiple times without success. The call gets disconnected as soon as I select an option. I am looking forward to a prompt response regarding this matter.

This marks my second attempt to inquire about my order, identified as number [redacted]8, which has only been partially fulfilled. I received the slim space-saving accent table over a week ago, but I have not received any updates on the shipping status of the remaining two items. These items are the solar 50-bulb string lights and the garden planting bench with tool organizer. Despite my previous request for information, I have not received a response. I am now requesting immediate information on the shipment status of these items or a full refund of the amount paid for them.

I made a purchase on April 9th, but I haven't received any updates on my order. There is no tracking information provided, no emails with updates, and all my attempts to call have been unsuccessful. The payment has been deducted from my account, but I am unable to confirm the status of my order. I am uncertain if the order has been shipped or not. I purchased two planners named "I'm Dead Now What" and "Peace of Mind" for $15.99 each. I have already been charged, but I have not received the books yet. I placed the order in April. I was informed through an email that the shipment couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect address, which I find odd as my address, [redacted] Sunny Drive, Walterboro, South Carolina, [redacted], has remained the same for years. The books were meant to be a birthday gift, so I am disappointed that I couldn't give them. I have been a loyal customer of Lakeside for a long time. I have been trying to exchange two items, but the returns/exchange and customer service lines are not answering my calls. I still need the return label. Initially, I ordered a different item as a replacement as the one I wanted originally was unavailable. I have spent a substantial amount of time on hold listening to music without any response. The lack of clear hours of operation led me to wait unnecessarily on hold over the weekend when the office was closed. I have attempted to call on multiple days and at various times, and each time the wait time exceeds 3 minutes. The company's customer service is severely lacking, and if I do not hear back soon, I may have to escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau.
