My weather station IASELBHA4 was working fine and sending data to Weather Underground until about a month ago when the connection was lost. The station still shows data on the indoor motherboard, but it's not connected to the internet. I've attempted to reconnect by pressing the + and - signs, causing the internet sign to flash but it doesn't stay solid.
When I open the Weather Connect app and try to reconnect using my existing station ID, I'm having trouble with the "router password" screen. Even though my wifi password hasn't changed since I initially set up the station in November [redacted], inputting it and clicking "confirm" leads me back to the original screen after a brief loading period.
I'm unsure if these two issues are related or separate. I've also tried registering a new ID to activate my station on Weather Underground, but encountered the same problems.

I have a Lacrosse Technology weather station model S85914. Recently, I replaced the sensor and followed a YouTube tutorial to reset the weather station as the outdoor temperatures were not displaying. After successfully resetting it, the outdoor temperatures were showing up, but then disappeared again. The indicator in the outdoor section suggests there could be an issue with the sensor despite it being new with fresh batteries. I've been attempting to contact support for four days without any luck. How can I resolve this issue and get assistance?

I am currently experiencing issues with my Lacrosse Technology C85845 weather station following a power outage. Despite trying various online solutions, my unit remains blank. I have reached out by phone and email on multiple occasions with no response. The automated phone system advises leaving a detailed message for a callback which has not been fulfilled. I have exhausted my efforts seeking assistance. Please assist.

I am experiencing difficulty connecting my V21 model with V3 to the internet despite attempting three different methods following the information provided. I have reached out multiple times and left messages after being put on hold, as well as providing my contact number for a return call, but have not received any response. It seems many other customers are facing similar issues. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I plan to return the product. I will also share my experience on social media, as others have warned me about the poor quality of your products and lack of response.

I purchased the La Crosse alarm clock model [redacted]-146AV3 a few months back along with a 3-year warranty. The clock is only displaying the temperature in projection mode, and the manual does not provide guidance on this issue. I contacted customer service yesterday, but due to long hold times, I opted to leave a call-back number. It took over 24 hours for a technician to return my call, but I missed it because the caller ID was not clear. Given the abundance of spam calls, I usually only answer when the caller is identifiable. When I tried calling back immediately, I was directed to leave another call-back number, thus facing another potential 24-hour wait. This delayed response is disappointing, and had I known beforehand, I might have reconsidered my purchase and the extended warranty. I recommend implementing a clear caller ID (like "La Crosse") to help customers recognize your calls promptly.

I own a solar outdoor temperature gauge that sticks to the window and illuminates the temperature at night. Recently, I replaced the batteries, and since then, the solar light has not been turning on. I've had this device for about four years without any issues until now. I tried leaving it in direct sunlight for around 8 hours, but it didn't solve the problem. I'm looking for any suggestions on what else I could try to restore the backlight functionality.

My weather station model# C84343 lost Wi-Fi connection a couple of days ago. I tried reconnecting it using the app on my phone, ensuring it's on the 2.4GHz network. When I press the "+" and "-" buttons for five seconds, the Wi-Fi signal flashes, but the app fails to set up and reports issues sending sign-in information to the device and connecting to the server. Despite multiple attempts, including a factory reset and resetting the Wi-Fi router, the problem persists. My account sign-in email is [redacted]

I have a Lacrosse weather station model S88907. Recently, I noticed that the outdoor thermometer reading was inaccurate and the red light was flashing. I tried replacing the batteries, resetting the remote sensor, and even unplugging and resetting the main unit multiple times. However, I still couldn't get a reading from the remote sensor, even though it's only about a foot away from the main unit. It seems like the problem lies with the remote sensor. Any suggestions on what to do next?
