I purchased items on Black Friday, and despite always buying size 2X, the LRG bomber jacket I bought did not fit. Customer support advised me to return the jacket with the promise of a 50% off coupon code once the jacket was restocked in my size. I have documented emails to support this. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and own mostly LRG shirts. Tyler from LRG customer support assured me of the coupon code, but after repeatedly emailing for a response, no one has answered. Unfortunately, the jacket is now out of stock in my size again, leaving me disappointed.
