I am experiencing a recurring issue where I receive the same message from the same sender every 15 to 45 minutes until around 12:16. This continues for days on end. It seems like a glitch as I receive multiple messages at once and sometimes miss calls until my phone suddenly reconnects to the tower. Can anyone assist me in resolving this ongoing problem with message overload?

I've had issues with every phone I've purchased from this company. Either the battery doesn't charge properly or the USB port for charging is faulty. The phones only work for a short period before breaking down suddenly. Setting up a new phone is difficult without being able to call them for assistance, and the [redacted] number provided doesn't work, making the situation very frustrating.

On November 9, [redacted], I bought a Schok Volt SV55 phone on Kroger Wireless's website. However, on November 15, I couldn't activate it online with my credit cards. I had to go to a Kroger store to purchase an activation card with the same credit card that was rejected online. I contacted Kroger Wireless to activate with the new card, but it didn't work. They said the SIM card was faulty and promised to send a new one, which I never received. Despite trying to contact support, I keep getting disconnected or redirected. I was advised to call Quality1, but their number is disconnected. I spent $63 on the phone and $48 on the activation card and haven't received a refund. After being a loyal Kroger Wireless customer for 20 years, I experienced issues when Sprint left the service without notification, resulting in the loss of my phone and money. I request a refund of $[redacted] and resolution to this matter promptly. Thank you.

I experienced disrespect upon entering the store when the staff whistled at each other, conveying something negative. Following my purchase, the same staff member insincerely said, "Enjoy your stuff." Additionally, the cashier scrutinized my $5 bill, prompting another staff member to verify its authenticity, despite having larger bills in my wallet. This experience was unacceptable and disrespectful. I am deeply disappointed and wish to file a complaint regarding the Sumner Fred Meyer store.
