I feel that driving 24 miles is quite far for a donut. Although there are donut shops in my town, I was suggesting a Krispy Kreme store. Dublin, CA happens to be the fastest-growing city in California. Could you please guide me to the department responsible for company growth?

The Krispy Kreme on S. Cobb Dr in Smyrna, GA [redacted] is incredibly disappointing. This is the second time I've purchased a dozen glazed kreme-filled donuts for over eleven dollars, only to discover at home that most of them have little to no cream inside. Three of them were completely without cream this time. I live 55 miles away, making it impossible to return them. This also happened to me almost two years ago, and it's frustrating. The nearest Krispy Kreme to me is in Lilburn, GA, about 48 miles away, or the Smyrna location where my sister lives, which is also not convenient for me. For the price, I expect a quality product. This consistent issue needs to be addressed by corporate. I feel cheated and let down by what Krispy Kreme used to deliver. It's unfair, and I hope they take action before losing more customers to this kind of quality problem.

I did not receive my paycheck last week as the General Manager at Krispy Kreme on Mallory Lane in Franklin, Tennessee did not submit my hours to HR. I spoke with Paul in HR who advised me to contact the manager and have him send in my hours for the days worked, either on the 14th & 15th or 15th & 16th. Despite the General Manager's assurance of sending the form, HR mentioned payment would be delayed to this Friday. I am concerned about getting paid for those 2 days and usually receive my pay 2 days before the official payday. I request HR to reach out to resolve this matter promptly. No me entregaron el pedido
Buenas noches, me comunico porque me pidieron una evaluación de un pedido que sí me cobraron y no me entregaron. Incluso fui físicamente a la tienda para recogerlo, ya que no encontraban al repartidor y no contestaban el teléfono. Una señorita muy prepotente me trató de forma grosera cuando yo solo buscaba una explicación y una solución. No le falté el respeto, e incluso le sugerí que podría darme otra cosa diferente. El pedido fue de $[redacted].75 y a pesar de mi flexibilidad, me dijo que no tenían nada para entregarnos. Lo acontecido fue inaceptable y espero una pronta devolución del dinero, ya que no deseamos esperar 15 días por un pedido que no pudieron cancelar ni reemplazar. Aguardo su respuesta.

During my visit to Times Square, I bought a glaze donut squishy for my daughter, but unfortunately, it fell off her bag before we got home. I recently called the [redacted] number to inquire about buying the same item online. I noticed that only the logo squishy is available online, even though it is supposed to come in five different styles. The representative told me that I contacted the wrong number for this request. I could not find this particular item online. How can I go about purchasing it online?

I recently redeemed my birthday offer for a free dozen doughnuts but encountered issues with my account at the store. Despite providing my phone number and scanning the barcode from the app, no account was found. I proceeded to purchase two dozen doughnuts, including two chocolate iced cream-filled ones, on Thursday. However, I was disappointed as the chocolate glazed doughnuts did not meet my expectations. The quantity of chocolate on the doughnuts I received was significantly less than what was shown in the advertisement, resulting in a lack of chocolate flavor.

I recently visited a Krispy Kreme store to purchase donuts, a treat I love. I wanted to buy some for myself and some for my work team, which I planned to share the next day. When the staff member bagged the donuts (a total of 10), I requested them to be placed in a box to prevent the frosting from sticking to the bags since I intended to take them to work. Unfortunately, the staff member refused my request, citing that I needed to order 16 to get a box. After involving the manager, they also declined to accommodate my simple request for one box. This experience left me disappointed as I believe customer satisfaction is pivotal in upholding a company's reputation. I recommend training the staff in customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

During our visit to the hillside, Illinois location, we encountered a disappointing experience with the customer service. As a rewards member, I asked about receiving a glazed doughnut with a dozen purchase, but was told no by the cashier. This conflicted with my past experience at the Elk Grove Village store, where I was given a warm, fresh doughnut while waiting. Despite intending to buy 2 dozen glazed doughnuts, we were informed there were none available, only to be told they would be ready in 45 minutes. This was frustrating, especially seeing only a few filled doughnuts in stock. The cashier's rudeness led us to leave empty-handed, after driving a distance to buy fresh doughnuts. Such poor service is simply not acceptable.

Yesterday afternoon, I was attended by Ms. A. and Ms. K. in a completely rude and disrespectful manner. I kindly request better training for your employees. This is not the first time I have been assisted by these two individuals, and it has happened several times with one of them. As a suggestion, please consider providing both of them with a leadership course, as they often shout at their co-workers. These two ladies work at the Antara Polanco branch. This incident occurred at 4 p.m. yesterday.
