Hello, I have been a loyal customer of your rice pudding for the past 5 years and have always enjoyed it. However, yesterday while consuming a spoonful, I was shocked to discover a piece of plastic in my mouth. This is the first time such an incident has occurred, and I am unsure about the next steps. I had purchased the [redacted]-gram container. I have retained the bar code just in case it is needed for reference. Fortunately, the foreign object was discovered by me and not one of my children. While enjoying a bowl of Kozy Shack rice pudding with my 3-month-old son, he began to choke on what appeared to be an uncooked piece of hard rice. Thankfully, a friend who knew how to perform the Heimlich maneuver saved him from choking. This was a traumatic experience, and I would appreciate some form of compensation for this incident.
