I am reaching out because my son recently lost his job after an unfortunate incident involving an inappropriate comment made to a guest. Despite being a dedicated worker who even applied for a leadership position, he had only received a verbal warning for tardiness and was not on any disciplinary steps. When confronted about the comment, he was truthful and unaware of its inappropriateness. This sudden termination has been devastating, especially considering my son's shy nature and past experiences with bullying due to his albinism. He had returned home to support our family during his father's battle with cancer and found joy in his first job at Knott's Berry Farm. It's disheartening to know that others with serious misconduct accusations were not treated as severely. We are considering legal action if he is not reinstated promptly.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to represent a group of investors looking to introduce a business opportunity to Buena Park by establishing a women's walk of fame in the city. We are eager to have a Knott's representative onboard for the installation of nominees. Despite attempts to reach Senior Representative Diana Bahena and various departments, including marketing and public relations, as well as general contact lines, we have not received any response after four weeks of trying.
We believe collaborating with Knott's will not only attract more visitors to Buena Park but also benefit both the city and Knott's Berry Farm financially. However, the lack of response is creating uncertainty among our investors. We hope to establish a positive working relationship with your park's representatives. Please reach out to me using the contact information provided below.
Thank you,
Don Marshall

Order Number: [redacted]7 (Under E)
Date of Purchase: August 15, [redacted]
I couldn't make it to Knott's on my reserved day, but was assured by a previous representative that my ticket would be changed to a reserved one valid for seven years. I've been attempting to schedule for over two weeks now, only to find out it expired. I'm disappointed by the situation as I'm now unable to buy a ticket for June 27, [redacted], online. I hope to either use the tickets bought two years ago on 6/27/21 or purchase new ones for that day and be able to attend.
Thank you,
Bryan K

I've been on hold with Knott's customer service for over an hour, and it's been impossible to reach a representative. I need urgent assistance regarding a problematic ticket purchase process I experienced with my son yesterday. We used Paypal for payment, but the system showed errors and charged us twice without completing the order. Additionally, we couldn't input the ticket delivery phone number due to another system glitch, leaving us with no ticket information. I've been trying to resolve this since 9 am and urgently need to cancel the duplicate charges. This stressful experience has left us frustrated and I hope to resolve it quickly. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you. - Viviane J.

After over 30 years of visiting Knotts with my family, we were shocked by the long lines during our recent visit. Currently waiting at the Ghost Rider for over three hours, our day has been full of endless lines. The Silver Bullet, log ride, and Rapids all had long waits ranging from 45 minutes to over an hour and a half. Many attractions like Excellerator, Hang Time, Coast Rider, and Dragon Swing were closed. Despite making reservations two days in advance, the park seemed overcrowded and Fast Passes were being issued excessively. It’s disappointing to feel like we wasted $[redacted] on tickets, with limited rides and massive queues. Arriving an hour after opening, we have only managed to go on two rides by 7pm. Furthermore, the inconsistent WiFi connection added to our frustration. This visit, especially for the park's 100th year celebration, has been a major letdown.

I want to share my disappointment with the recent Scary Farm experience in October. I have fond memories of attending for years, and this year I decided to take my children for the first time. The ghouls and decorations were impressive as always, but the overcrowding was overwhelming. The long wait times for parking, restrooms, and food made the experience quite frustrating, especially during Covid. Witnessing inappropriate behavior like drug use and public urination was distressing. I plan to do things differently next time by purchasing Fast Passes, arriving early, and being better prepared. I hope that Knott's Berry Farm will address these issues to improve the experience for all visitors.

Hello,
My 9-year-old won tickets in a fundraiser, but we are all ill on the allocated dates, Monday-Thursday [redacted] season. Despite the usual policy, I am hoping that due to Covid, an exception can be made to extend the 4 tickets he won. He is thrilled about attending, and we are all disappointed to miss out on the Christmas celebrations. Could someone please assist with this?
Thank you,

I need a direct email address. I have a very angry email to write. I am so upset and full of disappointment. My UK dream of coming to the park has been utterly ruined. I will never come back. I am very tempted to tell the story on TripAdvisor to warn others of what happened to me. I feel very angry.
I was in the first store, Costa, when I entered the park and bought several items. I used my multicurrency cash card and was informed it had not worked. After trying again and speaking to Aurora, who was quite abrasive, I realized I didn't have my card. The staff's response and lack of CCTV in the shops left me extremely upset and emotional. My day was totally ruined, and I spent $99 to get in only to end up upset. This experience has deeply affected me and has left me feeling like you do not care.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing on behalf of my son, Isaac Calleros, who was banned from Knott's Berry Farm on February 20, [redacted]. He was given two fast lane passes by strangers, and one was lost on a ride before Ghost Rider. When a ride operator asked for the pass again, security was called. Isaac, the holder of the season pass, tried to explain that he was just giving his pass to his friends to hold onto during the ride. He did not use the lost pass. I kindly request a reconsideration of his ban.
Sincerely,
Holly C.

In December [redacted], my children got me a season pass. We visited Knott’s in February [redacted] and I purchased a parking pass then. Following the closure in March [redacted], Knott’s extended the passes. Due to my compromised immunity from Lupus, I'm cautious in crowded areas, even with a mask. With all five COVID vaccines, I'm now more comfortable, though still select times carefully. I'm eager to return to Knott’s with its sentimental value from my childhood and family tradition since the 1950s. Could I please request an extension of my passes for another year? Appreciate any assistance in making this possible. Thank you! Marianne B.

Good afternoon, I would like to inquire about New Year's Eve at Knott's Berry Farm. My family purchased 5 tickets for the event, but we are now concerned about the possibility of rain on that day. Could you please clarify the park's operating status in case of rain? Are the rides closed in wet weather? Are there any options for refunds or ticket exchanges? Will all attractions, entertainment, and restaurants still be available during inclement weather? We have invested close to $[redacted] in our tickets, and any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to me via email at your earliest convenience.
Thank you,
Miladys C.

On February 7th, [redacted], I visited Knott's Berry Farm with my family to celebrate a birthday. While waiting in line for the "flying chair" ride at Camp Snoopy, I observed two Special Education children, around 12 and 10 years old, eagerly anticipating the ride. As a 43-year public school teacher, I have a keen eye for children's behaviors. I noticed the ride employee closely monitoring the children and their chaperone. After the ride ended and riders exited, the employee made a phone call and whispered to the chaperone that the ride was broken and had to be closed. This led to disappointment for the two children. As we moved on to the truck ride, I witnessed the employee restarting the "flying chair" ride once the Special Education children had left. This behavior is concerning and warrants further training and corrective action. Such actions are unacceptable, and if this had occurred with my own children or students during past trips, I would have considered legal action. The incident took place between 1 pm and 2 pm that day. This situation is truly disappointing.

On March 31, [redacted], at 12:30 at Huff and Puff, my child was denied access to a ride for being slightly above the height requirement. However, I observed another child, who was 4 inches taller than mine, being allowed on the same ride. The staff member claimed my child was too big due to his height, which I understood, but I inquired about the inconsistency. The staff member responded rudely, providing no explanation. I seek clarification on the policy that allowed the taller child to ride while my child was not permitted. I hope for a response to address this discrepancy without implicating me or my child.

I attended the Boysenberry Festival on April 8 and later that evening experienced symptoms of food poisoning. I believe the issue may have been related to the food not being adequately heated in the chafing dishes. At two different locations, I was served the last portions from the chafing dish. Additionally, I detected an unpleasant taste in the blonde. I purchased three of them and had to throw out two that were partially eaten.
I have been a fan of the Boysenberry Festival and even bought a Boysenberry plant for my yard after the very first festival I attended. However, this year's offerings seemed less creative and flavorful compared to previous years. Despite records showing otherwise, I have been a season pass holder since [redacted] and still intend to bring my out-of-state grandkids to Knott's.
I hope you value this feedback and consider making improvements for future festivals. If needed, I can offer some suggestions for Boysenberry dishes in the upcoming years.
Regards,
Sendai Parker

The park's food service registers were down for 1.5 hours, making it impossible to order during the busy lunchtime period at around 11:30. This led to us leaving the park in search of food elsewhere. Additionally, the app's wait times were not accurate, misleading us about the actual wait times for rides. This experience was disappointing for me and my group, especially considering we paid $[redacted] but only got to enjoy one ride. When we tried to contact customer service about the food register issue, there was no option to speak to a live person, which was frustrating. Overall, this has been a negative experience, and I will not be recommending this facility to others.

Hello, my name is Eric Danley. I recently visited Knott's Scary Farm and had a great time. Unfortunately, I had an incident where I was accidentally pushed, and as a result, I fell off a curb and twisted my ankle. My ankle swelled up a lot, causing me significant pain, and I was unable to enjoy my first day at the park during the day as planned. I am wondering if it would be possible for me to receive a compensatory ticket for a visit in the fall of [redacted], as I was really looking forward to experiencing the park. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your attention, and I hope you have a wonderful day!
