I contacted WOW on November 15, [redacted], for cable and internet service. Service restoration took two days. However, the installer had the incorrect set-top boxes, leading to ongoing issues. I've been in contact with WOW for two and a half weeks to rectify the situation as my bill is incorrect. Despite attempting payments, no one has assisted in adjusting the bill or fixing the service, which has left my household without it for over two weeks with three daughters. I've been reaching out to WOW daily, and they have a record of my calls, but no resolution has been offered. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could reach out to assist me in resolving these issues. Thank you, Sharon Blue.
