I purchased a bedroom set which arrived with damaged and wrong-sized items. Despite informing the owner on October 20th, I have yet to receive replacement pieces and a refund. I paid over $8,[redacted] for the set but have only received a refund for the bed. While I am willing to keep the sofa and loveseat, I am awaiting a resolution for the rest of the items. The salesperson asked for my credit card information to process a refund, which ended up being incomplete, with an unauthorized charge for an end table. I have since disputed this with my bank. After multiple attempts to contact them, the sales staff is now avoiding me. I have reached out to their service department for assistance before escalating the disputes further. I am still waiting for a response regarding the delivery of the remaining items.
