I purchased a Kenneth Cole wristwatch in [redacted] from IN-ORBIT Mall in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. I have attached the necessary documents and photos of the defects for your reference.
Despite approaching the local authorized customer care at "World of Titan" in Vadodara, I was informed that since the warranty has expired, they couldn't assist me. They offered a credit note for 45% of the purchase amount instead. The issue I faced was the base of the dial being rusted and cracked.
During the warranty period, I encountered an issue where one of the 12-hour pointers was removed and got stuck in the mechanism, causing the watch to stop. This was quite distressing as I expect better quality from Kenneth Cole.
I am disappointed with the poor quality of the brand's watches and the lack of repair options available. Considering my experience, I find that budget watches last longer without any problems compared to these expensive watches of inferior quality. I kindly request an exchange or repair for the watch.

Hello, I bought a Kenneth Cole Reaction Nylon Duffel Bag equipped with wheels and an extended handle for pulling about a year ago. I used it for the first time a week ago on a trip. Unfortunately, the nylon straps on the main handles started unraveling when I took it off the luggage belt after my flight. I initially thought it was damaged by TSA, but on my way back, the nylon handle broke off the main bag as I was trying to take it out of the car. Shortly after, one of the duffel straps broke randomly while I was lifting it. Although the bag looks brand new inside, the strap issues have left me disappointed. I have pictures of the damage if you'd like to see them. I've been a fan of your products before but this incident has made me unsure about future purchases. I'm open to getting a replacement if you have a similar bag with sturdier straps or a refund if not. Supporting US companies is important to me, and I'm willing to give your brand another chance. Please let me know if you need more photos to assist with this matter. Thank you.
