Hello,
I am currently in Vancouver enjoying my holiday. After a long hike, I visited your store at the Pacific Centre to purchase a handbag for my daughter. I was shocked by the attitude of the store clerk. When I inquired about the price of a handbag, she dismissed me, suggesting I look at cheaper options instead. It is incredibly disappointing to be judged based on my appearance. The clerk's behavior was unprofessional, as her role is to provide price information on the items. I felt disrespected and insulted by this experience. I entered the store with the intention to make a purchase, and I did not expect to be treated this way.

Hello, my name is William W. I had a conversation with a representative prior to purchasing a purse for my wife's birthday from Kate Spade. The Kate Spade rep informed me that I would receive a 30% discount for my first online purchase and advised me to contact customer service for an additional 15% off, to be credited back to the card used. I immediately contacted customer service after the purchase, and the second rep informed me that they couldn't honor the extra 15% and apologized for the misinformation given by the initial rep. The second rep indicated that she had canceled the item from being shipped due to my dissatisfaction and assured me a full refund since the promised discount was not granted. I am in the military and believe that the promise made should be honored. I would appreciate further assistance from a supervisor regarding this matter. Thank you. - Will W.

I recently purchased the black rock candy stud earrings at the Tanger Outlet store located in the Foxwoods Casino in CT. Despite being a loyal customer who has never encountered any issues, I faced a problem when one of the earrings came unglued from the post as I was getting ready for New Year's Eve. Hoping for a quick exchange before the night began, I visited the store but was met with rude treatment from the staff who directed me to contact Kate Spade's customer service for assistance. Now, without earrings for the evening, I must drive back home to retrieve another pair.

I recently placed an order for a Cameron Street Clarise handbag in the heirloom red color, with order number [redacted]2. Upon receiving an email notification that my package was delivered on May 3, I realized that I never received it. Unfortunately, it seems that my package was stolen, as there was a recent break-in at the package room in my apartment building. I have filed a report with the local police (case number: 2[redacted]23) and kindly request that you resend the same handbag to me.

I bought a Black Silicone Park Bow Watch from Macy's. Initially, I had to return it as it was not the correct watch. The Macy's staff mentioned the SKU was incorrect and advised me to contact customer service. After verifying with customer service that the SKU was right, I reordered it only to receive the wrong watch - a Kate Spade watch without the Bow. Despite getting a discount, I simply want the correct watch. I am unsure if the issue lies with the store or elsewhere. This gift is for my son's girlfriend who supported him through a difficult time. I have attempted to contact Customer Service without success, waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. Thank you, Dawn G.
