On May 3rd, I bought tickets for a bark in the park event scheduled for May 9th, account number [redacted], totaling $[redacted]. We enjoyed the pre-game activities but the game was delayed due to rain. After waiting for two hours, we left and later found out the game started after we departed. Upon returning home to Indiana, I contacted customer service for an adjustment, but was told nothing could be done over the phone. My letter requesting a partial refund was unanswered, which I found disappointing and disrespectful. As we traveled from out of state with our disabled daughter and dog, I had hoped for at least an acknowledgment and apology. The lack of effort from your end has left me with a negative impression, making me hesitant to attend another Royals game. Despite having cherished memories from living in Kansas, my recent experience has soured my perception. Sincerely, Donna E.
